Unbelievably poor, I’d shop elsewhere, I’ve paid £113 for an item and I didn’t receive what was ordered, instead I recieved a cheaper version of my order that retails for £55 they didn’t even get the Color right, feel completely ripped off as I’ve now had to return it at my own expense so have no item, sent 3 emails over the course of 4 days and had no reply and now feel contacting trading standards and PayPal is the only way I can get action taken, their site says mail is replied to within 24 hrs but after 4 times that it’s I feel my only option.
Wish I'd read these reviews 1st as would not have bought from the company... like all saying they've taken money, but item not turned up

No response to purchase made on the 5th April. Money taken, no items arrived. Link to Royal Mail tracking doesn’t work, phone line doesn’t work and doesn’t respond to email.
Total fraud - do not use - no goods, no response, phone switched off, fake delivery tracking link. Complete scam. They’ve now delivered a plastic envelope with hole in it containing a empty damaged box for the leatherman ordered - surprise suprise

I placed an order, my payment was taken immediately & I received a ‘shipped’ email a short time later. 4 days later I received an email to say my item was not in stock & would be refunded. Appalling customer service falsely saying shipped when item hadn’t even been picked yet & then taking 4 days to rectify the mistake! Would not recommend or use again.

Avoid at all cost and Utter joke of company. Ordered boots and 2 days later had email saying they dispatched then another 2 days later saying out of stock and wait 72 hours for refund. I'm not first person to have this problem and wish seen the negative reviews before ordering. I've since looked at there site and they still offering the boots in size ordered so clearly don't know what they doing or how to run a company. Bunch Useless Muppets
Choc chip trousers came 2 days after order, right size, right apparel.
I ordered a Brandit M65 jacket from this company, which did not arrive, after trying to call the number on the site numerous times (for a few days) without success (the phone is always "turned off") and after getting no response to emails i sent. I opened a paypal case and received a refund. My experience, and that of many other customers according to the reviews that i have now read, is that MilitaryOps as a company seems to have no integrity as far as customer service is concerned, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Returned jacket for size exchange was told new size was not in stock for a fortnight and would be posted when stock arrived it's been three weeks 9 emails numerous phone calls don't respond to either.Please don't use this company rip off merchants!!!
I purchased an item online. Good comms to say ordered received then another communication to say item dispatched. Four days later (and two days before the birthday for which this item was a present for) I got an email to say the item was no longer available and I would be refunded but that could take up to 72 hours (3 days). No response to my email asking to recheck as I had been told item was on its way four days previously. Will not use this company again.

They Sent the wrong item, ignored emails, their phone is purposely constantly switched off so they don’t have to deal with any problems, and they expect customers to pay for the return of their mistakes when the case is opened in PayPal. Bunch of crooks!
