Feb 02,2021Please do not use this company i bought a top from themthe image on there site was what i was after they sent me cheap worthless rubish and charge me for high quality they are conning people with cheap rubbish when you email them they ignore you i will never use them again word of advice STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Jan 28,2021Purchased a bergen cover and a rucksack cover. Website clearly showed two products in the picture. However only one arrived. Customer service started arguing with me that despite the image showing two products along with the description indicating two, there was only one product. Product frayed as well with thread all over the place. AVOID at all costs.

Jan 25,2021Ordered German para boots, and they did arrive, however both soles fell off after a few wears, sent numerous emails and still waiting on a reply also called and no answer, won’t be ordering again!

Jan 14,2021Be very careful to understand the boots are not like new. I sent the 1st pair back damaged chunk missing between rubber guard and leather bridge. Covered in mud and I would put at Grade 2 due to damage. Sole was in good order very unworn but not worth £30 never mind £95. On receipt of the replacement pair a pair of second hand undamaged boots arrived. Clear worn over I would guess a 6-12 month period , sunk leather above toe bridge. I am not sending these back I’ve given up on the like new expectations as described. My advice buy new from Germany pay £50 extra and get a new pair. Or buy Danner boots the best boots I’ve used over a 35 year experience period. The boots I got are worth about £75 sole unit is like new but the uppers have signs of wear. If the provider had made that simple sorry email I would perhaps not be writing this. No one wants to trash someone’s business but if they are not getting customer care ethics then they can have this. Not happy I’ve just read other reviews not great

I have placed my order, email says it's been shipped with 24h delivery and 4 days later still no goods, no reply to my email enquiries and the phone is never answered. I am now proceeding with my bank to get my money back. This site is a fake and a scammer.

Jan 07,2021IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW, I WOULD. I placed an order, the following day I got an email saying it has been shipped (great, I was extremely happy with the efficiency and the product I ordered)... Fast forward a full WEEK, to then get a random email saying that my order was out of stock and they were issuing a refund. THEY STILL HAVE THE PRODUCTS FOR SALE (no sign of being out of stock). Tried phoning the company countless times to no avail. Now, this would never have been an issue if I was made aware of the out of stock at the beginning, that happens. My issue is that they waited a WEEK after it had apparently been shipped to tell me. Not only this, but they have my money. Now I'm not so sure if I'm even going to get my refund like they say. My advice would be to stay well clear. Shocking.

Jan 06,2021Ordered wellies, received a tracking number that doesn’t exist - wellies never arrived - have tried contacting them every day for over 2 and a half weeks. Have been ignored and now presumably blocked! Never once have I received a response! Do not buy!!

Jan 06,2021Recently placed an order for bund mountain boots. Payment was taken and order marked despatched. Tracking no. issued showed no tracking available. After multiple emails/requests for clarification., I was refunded. I feel the service was poor. At no time did I get a reply/explanation for my order not being fulfilled or a reply of any sort. I appear to be “blocked” from contacting the company now. Wouldn’t recommend or use them again after this

Jan 05,2021They don’t even deserve 1 star but couldn’t give 0. Ordered a coat from these guys on the 22nd and paid extra for speedy delivery. It’s now the 5th January and not heard a peep from them! Had to escalate to PayPal to get my money back as I genuinely don’t think these are a real company and if they are they seriously need to sort their customer services out. One email would have been fine - just one to say it’s going to be delayed, we’re having issues with orders, literally anything but I’ve not received a thing! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE!
