Mar 11,202112/3/21 Just an update; escalated this to payment resolution centre and received full refund from the company which is great, however no explanation as to what happened. They just don't respond. Ordered an item and no item received and then they ignore your emails. Have today sent another email asking where item is. Failing this next step will be to go to payment resolution centre.

Mar 10,2021An excellent purchase. I needed some black leather gloves. But I have trouble getting them to fit me. I have very large hands. But I am delighted that I have found a store that stocks just what I want. The gloves were excellent quality and lined with fur. I would recommend this seller in a heartbeat.

Mar 07,2021I ordered my sons birthday present on the 26/02/21 and today on his birthday it is still yet to arrive. I contacted Military Ops on Thursday asking where my order was and they just gave me a reference how to track it. I completed that process and it said in a Warehouse in Hyde. I tried to call and email them but no response. I will be asking for my order to be fully refunded.

Mar 07,2021Ordered a leatherman, paid extra for the 24hour shipping. It never arrived and the tracking link in the email did not work. I emailed them directly and got no reply so tried phoning 48hours later, the phone had been disconnected. Eventually contacted PayPal and an hour later received an email from the company saying I would get a full refund. I assume they don’t actually have the products they are selling and are just hoping you don’t claim the money back of them

Mar 06,2021Purchased in November 2020, spent £52 on army style work kit. What arrived was clearly second hand, damaged and dirty. Emailed three times and was ignored. Called and was told to email again. Gave up trying in the end. Would not reccomend buying from this company.

Mar 02,2021Do not touch this company with a ten foot barge pole. No product arrived. Fraudulent email saying goods were dispatched followed by one saying they were out of stock. Requested a refund and they ignored. Now escalated via Paypal. Fingers crossed I get my money back!

Feb 04,2021I can only give 1 star I am afraid. I ordered two Viper pouches only to be told later that they weren't actually in stock and that my refund would take several days. I then proceeded to get messages to say my items had been delivered. Obviously these never arrived. Very poor online system.
