Every Contour Crossed
Jan 02,2021I ordered a product, which was dispatched, however the package never arrived. After following the links I discovered that the package was in Basingstoke (I was in Yorkshire) and was registered as “Delivered”. When I contacted the seller to address this, my emails were ignored.

Dec 17,2020Goods were ordered,3 days after order an email saying they had been dispatched was received. 9 days later I inquired where they were as the tracking link was not working. 2 days after that I received a response saying the items were not in stock and that I would be refunded up to 3 days after that. All things considered not very good I'd say!

Dec 16,2020Wait and see Unfortunately my order was just before Covid , so, the delivery delay was out off previous data... Immediately, Militaryops proposed me a alternate solution and some help to target the parcel. but my option was waiting. After some monthes my purchasse is here, great quality, exactly what was expected. Thanks to Militaryops team for the job. Best regards Jean Petit

Dec 12,2020Do not use this outfit, they should be called Cowboy Ops not military. I ordered some boots & trousers & paid for 24hr delivery, one week later no delivery, the tracking was not recognised when I checked with Royal Mail. I tried phoning I counted 30 times on my phone, all I got was messages full please try again. I had paid via PayPal (thankfully) so raised a complaint with them, of course PP say try to resolve it with the seller, I did get through to them a few days later and they said they would refund, one week more, no refund. So it was finally resolved via PayPal

Dec 08,2020Excellent service but poor quality product: I was expecting a snood which would be more generous in size and of thicker good quality material, like one I already own. Instead it was of very thin polyester material and not very big. Very disappointed in the product. I can say thought that the order was dispatched quickly and arrived promptly.

Dec 06,2020I ordered boots on 27th Nov before 1pm cut off for same day dispatch. I have had difficulty sourcing these boots anywhere so to find them available in all sizes was a real find although slightly more expensive or so I thought. I emailed on 4th Dec for an update on delivery to be told that they were no longer in stock & I would receive a refund. I have been on the site everyday since & I'm still being allowed to add size to basket. 1st time using this site & will be the last.

Dec 05,2020i brought this rifle to practice rifle drill as i am a sea cadet and in the joining process for the Royal Navy, i thought i would get more practice with the type of drill. i payed for special shipping thinking it would get to me quicker and safer. i was very wrong. it turned up at my door in A BAG, really? i thought not to much of it till i opened this bag and the barrel fell into the floor. last time i held the real rifle i remember the barrel being attached onto the gun. i took the rest of the rifle out and other than the shape, the rifle was far from the real thing. I've taken part in rifle drill in cadets using a real practice purpose rife. i was nothing but disappointed. i wrote an email asking for a refund but ive had nothing back. what a shame! .

Nov 29,2020trousers had broken zip they also had large hole in pocket and leg length to long they don't check the items they Send out and don't refund your postage if you send them back I don't rate this company one bit
