Feb 27,2022i got a bunny ear hoodie with a gift card from my grandma and im glad it actually arrived. i didn't want her gift to go to waste. it took about a week to ship so i kinda lost hope. only after it shipped did i realize it's coming from overseas of course it'll take a while. didn't keep me from stalking the package out of anxiety though. super comfy and warm. perfect fit. thanks modakawa.

Feb 24,2022Ich war sehr positiv überrascht. Meine Bestellung kam schneller an als erwartet, und der Service war bei Rückfragen zum Tracking sehr freundlich und prompt. Die Qualität war auch gut für den Preis. Die Stoffe sind angenehm und die Artikel sehen auch so aus wie auf den Produktfotos. Nur würde ich bei der nächsten Bestellung eine Größe größer wählen, weil beim (vorsichtigen) Waschen ein Pullover leicht eingegangen ist.

Feb 11,2022I would give negative stars if I could. First, the items received were too small (beware - Asian sizing is NOT US sizing). Then, when I asked to return the items, I was told I would have to pay to have them SHIPPED BACK TO CHINA. This makes it cost prohibitive to send items back, which means you will end up keeping the items to "give as gifts" (they suggested I do this in their response email) instead of losing half your refund on shipping charges. They then offered me a 20% discount on a future order. 20%!!! Ridiculous. Not worth my time and effort. That was an $80 mistake I won't forget. Will definitely not be recommending this company to anyone.

Feb 09,2022I want to give negative stars if I can. Quality so bad, the only contact info is email and what’s app , no one ever answer the phone. And no responding from the email. After I left a review here , they finally responded, then they do not let you reply back, it went to your own email if you reply. I just noticed today. They won’t even let you leave a bad review on their website

Feb 08,2022This is my very first order and I am very satisfied. The two hats are very cute, the pyjamas is cute and in good quality. The shirt and cardigan also look great. Everything fits me and they look like the photos from the website. Overall it took 15 business days from placing an order to receiving it. Moreover, I could track the package easily as the information is updated on Yun Express website. Nice service! Will definitely buy again!

Jan 27,2022Ordered on 15 Jan from Facebook ad, hoodie received 27 Jan. Email communication good in the meantime. Well packaged. Hoodie is a heavyweight fleece, feels good quality. However a big label attached to the hood warns that the white 'woolly' fleece lining cannot be washed! It suggests spot cleaning if soiled. Not very practical. The garment itself suggests 30 degree delicates wash. Also the elastic ties for the hoodie, as well as hanging low down the chest, have a big obvious knot near the face. It's a pretty colour and 2XL fits a UK16 comfortably.

Dec 31,2021This is my 4th time ordering from Modakawa! This time I ordered only 3 items. The Plaid Bow-Knot Pull-On Pants, Pure Color Double Pocket Hooded Coat in the Apricot color, and the Bear Embroidery Ruffle Turtleneck Knitted Sweater in white. The Pants were amazing! Amazing quality, looks great. The waist-band could have been a bit smaller for me though. The Coat was everything I expected it to be!! Supercute, nice quality, and perfect in length. Almost no flaws! Except for the fact that it'll be really hard for me to wash it, since it'll probably fall apart if I attempt to hand-wash it myself. The Turtleneck was so lovely. Was definitely a teeny bit pricey, but it's worth it. It's supercute, perfect in length, great quality. Shipping took a bit longer than usual this time. My package tracking had not updated for almost an entire month after being shipped out. I'd gone ahead and contacted their customer service since I grew a bit nervous. They respond very quickly and explained to me that delays were experienced due to covid, so I waited a few more days for my package. Overall great experience! I'm always so excited to order from this website. I'll be back, and I wont forget to put the free gift in my cart next time !!!
