Jul 31,2022I placed an order a couple days back and ordered the wrong size on an item. Moments after placing the order I noticed and attempted to contact the company via their email. I did not receive a response and have emailed once more and still not received a response, yet my order shipped. Asking to have me return the item on my dime after I tried to fix it before it shipped twice is pretty scummy. Maybe try a different company for cute clothing.

Jul 30,2022We ordered overalls, a dress, and a two set outfit. The overalls button holes were way to small for the button to fit in them and the dress was worse quality than the picture. The shirt in the two piece outfit was really good but the shorts didn’t even have a button hole.

I emailed them multiple times and they said to wait 24 hours or so and they’ll “get to you as soon as they can”. I emailed them to cancel my order just a few minutes I made my purchase, three days later, three emails later, still no response. they responded and canceled.. on the fourth day 😭

Jun 01,2022Me acaban de enviar unas converse blancas y es una pagina nada fiable ya que compras y las cosas son falsas ponen como si fuesen que estuviera rebajadas, pero el precio que pagas no vale la pena, me he puesto en contacto vía correo, ya que necesito que me DEVUELVAN EL DINERO estoy en el plazo indicado y no me fio cambiar el producto, es una imitación que a simple vista se ven que son falsas, en la suela de la parte exterior dice Sport y no Converse con la talla del zapato, ahora entiendo porque no muestran las fotos de la plantilla exterior como lo hacen otras tiendas, necesito pronta respuesta.

May 11,2022I recently ordered a few pieces to wear at the office. Two single blouses and one blouse/skirt set. The pieces are beautiful and I've received loads of compliments for them. I have ordered from Modakawa before and will absolutely do so again. Their Customer Care team is excellent. Shipping takes about a month (to Europe). I recommend to buy sizes that are slightly larger. I am fairly tall, 178 cm, and I usually wear size 34/36 in EU sizes. For this size, I recommend a size L for tops and M for bottoms. Always check the measurements below each item because they are quite accurate. Out of the shops with similar concepts, I prefer Modakawa simply because the quality is better, so you get unique and beautiful pieces for a good price.

Apr 05,2022I've ordered from Modakawa multiple times now and been happy every time. The clothes are very good quality and have held up very well from a lot of use. My daughter wears them often and gets lots of compliments. They shipped quickly and we always get everything we ordered. Whenever I have a question, customer service is always very polite and helpful. When I needed a refund, I got it quickly. I highly recommend them!

Mar 15,2022I'm so surprised to get my packet today. It's full of happiness. I was so worried to shop here at first but I guess this is going to be my shopping stop forever now. I bought a dress and a pair of shorts, they fit me like a glove. I also bought a pair of shoes and I think it's a good quality too.

Mar 10,2022I'm quite satisfied with the items and the wait was very much worth it! I made my order on the 15th of February and got the delivery exactly two weeks later which is a reasonable time. There is one of the items from which the bust size is too small for me but it still doesn't look that bad, but out of that everything went as expected and I'm very happy with my purchase! The prices are also good with the discounts available. Would recommend and would buy again!
