Jun 22,2021It was a little smaller than expected but it still fits well. The shipping took awhile but that was to be expected. The quality is great and worth every penny. I'm overall very happy with the purchase!

Jun 21,2021Really nice products and good service, do remember that it is a Japanese sized system, so for me (a medium to large in Europe), I fit best in the xl or above, I had two skirts that didn't fit but I contacted them and they responded within a day and gave me options on how to solve it, we ended up with me getting a 15% refund and I could keep the items so I can try to resize them, which was great since I am a crafter. They also let me know that we could have further communication if that was not the best option. I will definitely be buying from here again :D

May 24,2021Sorry for the bad review, honestly it's a good quality clothing store but be wary as it may take well over a month during the pandemic. And whoever is ordering ensure to keep checking your delivery status even if it feels like it'll take few more days because when it can arrive at any given moment.

May 17,2021My daughter begged me to order from Modakawa, being the skeptic that I am I was a bit unsure what would arrive and when, but I'm pleasantly surprised. The order arrived quite quickly (2 weeks and we live in Belgium) and the quality of the sweaters is also very good. There was a tracking code provided which allowed me to track the order. So no complaints here, happy customer and will order again :)

May 07,2021Ordered a hoodie on the first of April a month later and no hoodie, not sure what shipping services they use but the order was marked delivered and was never delivered. Now they want me to pay and extra $10 for shipping or they can issue half of the refund. Un acceptable. Will not recommend ordering from them.
