Apr 09,2021Came in a reasonable time frame, but the problem is with the size of the item. It said “one size” and it was labeled an “oversized hoodie”. Which should mean that it is a large hoodie that covers you but it looks like it could barely fit a child.

Apr 09,2021I was really happy with my purchase! The hoodie i got was surprisingly alot more soft then I thought it would be, it was very warm to wear and fitted me just right, the sleeves were a bit more puffed up then I expected however. The skirt was really nice aswell and looked like how it was advertised however I think I got the wrong skirt to go with the hoodie as it didnt go over the hoodie that well. I also got knee high socks with these two items and they were really nice aswell, smaller then I expected but they fitted just right however I do find them slipping time to time but overall I was really impressed with the products, they use really good materials and the service is great I highly recommend

If I had to make a request, I would say that they should always make XL sizes if possible (even if they are one size fits all, they should be able to cover up to XL). I have contacted customer support in the past when I have not received my order. The product I ordered had already been discontinued, but they sent me a replacement. Thank you very much.

Mar 12,2021I don’t usually write reviews but Modokawa has had very mixed ones. I spent about $259 after discount and EVERY item is wonderful. DO NOT buy your usual size. Measure yourself. I am 5’8 and usually wear a U.K. 12 or medium, and I ended up buying a mixture of large, extra large, 2 XL and “one size”. I have to say, the measurements are accurate at the bottom of each page, and the items have great materials, nothing is excessively thin or different from pictures. Any differences are very subtle! I am especially pleased with the sleeves, if they are designed to go over your hands they do - which is often not the case when you have long arms. I’d like to attach images, that would really show it. I’ve written a review on my facebook so I might make it public just so people can see. I can’t tell you how long I agonised over what to buy, if I should do it, poured over reviews. I feel like I finally have a source for all this cute clothing and I WILL be purchasing again. I ordered 24/02, and it arrived 11/03!!

Mar 03,2021I ordered a kitsune sweater for my partner and although there were a few issues with shipping (item lost in transit twice) the customer service I received was great and eventually I did receive the item I ordered. It looks super cute on my partner too. Shipping issues during the turmoil going on globally with the pandemic is understandable but we matained communication and they supplied a great product.

Mar 03,2021If you order from this company, you might never receive what you pay for. I ordered the frog hooded sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas on December 2nd. Christmas came and went with no delivery. I tried to be understanding and patient - knowing what the mail service is like during our pandemic times (and ordered not realizing the shipment would be coming from China). I started emailing the company in early January, and got emails back asking for more patience since shipping from China was moving very slow. Multiple emails later, I was promised a replacement item. That was two weeks ago with no shipping notice - nothing. Three months later, I have nothing for the $50+ I spent on Modakawa’s website. They’re operating fraudulently by not ensuring that their customers are receiving the products they pay for. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Mar 02,2021Ordered a hoodie for my gf January 29th. Site says I should get a confirmation of shipping in 2-5 business days, yet I never got one. Reached out to customer service 2 weeks later and they say that my package has been lost and they'll send me another asap. It's been another week with no updates or confirmation. From other reviews it seems like you're playing the odds of whether or not you get what you ordered. Don't order from this company, the clothes are cute but you might not get them and you'll be out whatever you paid. Edit: After 5 weeks, I finally got confirmation that my order is shipping. Still wouldn't recommend ordering from this company but at least they're not scamming.

Feb 22,2021Bought a couple jumpers for my girlfriend on the website which was easy enough to navigate, was expecting the parcels to arrive in 1-2 months (live in the UK so they had some distance to travel). They arrived within 1 month which was nice, however an extra jumper arrived mistakenly. This was a bit of a problem because I hadn't paid for it and didn't know how to go about returning it. Got in contact with customer support to find out the due process of returns, they helped and looked up what to do. In the end I imagine it was more of a problem to return it so I was allowed to keep it. 4.5/5 product (a couple loose threads which just need cut or touching up), 5/5 customer service. TL:DR- Good products, succinct, kind and hard working customer support. Will be buying from here again :) .

Apr 16,2021I LOVE MY FROG HOODIE THAT I GOT!!! it came in three weeks but that’s understandable because of covid and because it’s being shipped from china but at the end it was worth all the wait and the money!! i wish i could insert a photo of my hoodie but i can’t. if you have any questions, you can text me on insta @crynblood_ / :)) when i was concerned abt when my hoodie was going to come, i contacted modakawa and they were very nice and helpful. good service and overall good products, will probably be ordering again.
