Sep 18,2021I ordered there on Sep 2nd and the package arrived on Sep 15th. I received updates from Modaka via email. The 5 pieces I've ordered fit perfectly (used the size guide) and their quality is very good for the price. I will definitely order from there again!

Sep 12,2021Just got my order through (a hoodie and a hoodie - skirt set) and I'm really happy! They hoodie is very soft on the inside, and the fit on all the clothing is true to size. They all look just like they do on the site. It took a little while to arrive, but is well worth the wait. I'll be ordering again soon.

Sep 10,2021The only complaint I have is the amount of time shipping takes. The first time I ordered it took over 10 weeks to receive my packages. The purchases were for my 10yr. daughter and by the time it arrived the shoes barely fit. Lol Soooo plan ahead! I ordered her fall clothes in August and sized up the shoes. Quality is fantastic and this nonsense about getting these exact items for a 3rd of the price on other websites is completely inaccurate! The cheap knockoffs that we are all familiar with is what will arrive and don't forget about paying 200.00 in shipping to return your 5.00 item. I have only found some items from the same company/ quality on ebay and have saved a few bucks less but after shipping I'm right there again or over. In closing YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!! Do I need bring up wish or have I illustrated my feelings fully?!

Sep 02,2021TLDR; Disingenuous scam company that paid for reviews on this site. Also you can buy the exact same clothing from other retailers (Aliexpress, etc) for a literal fraction of the price. I ordered a sweater from them that was poorly made with some very large and prominent errors right in the center of the piece. I emailed them my feedback and asked if I could return it for a replacement as I did like the design of the sweater itself. They apologized and stated that it was out of their control as they are not the manufacturers of the sweater, just a reseller. Instead of going through the hassle of dealing with return shipping, they suggested that they could provide a 15% refund and I could keep the piece. I was happy with that so I agreed, as the person I planned to gift it to could just wear it when inside their home. It's been weeks and I've followed up with them 3 separate times about my refund but no response. They've completely ghosted me, so I'll be working with my card company to get a refund. Oh also, when you purchase an item they include with your order a card that promises a significant discount (20% if I remember correctly? I've since discarded the thing) on your next order if you leave a positive review on Trustpilot.com. So they've solicited and paid for positive reviews on this site, which is clearly against the terms and conditions. To summarize: - Poor quality control - Overpriced (I've since found many of the pieces they sell for $50-60+ for around $10 on other websites) - Poor customer service - Paid for positive reviews on this site (AKA they're fake) Avoid at all costs.

Sep 01,2021So I am not sure what has happened since the last time I ordered, but I’m still waiting on my order. I wished they had not used China Post as their courier. I ordered from 3 different companies as of late and they all used China post and they all seem to take over a month plus to have anything delivered through them. I ordered in July 14th, it’s September 1st today. So sadly Idk if it’s modakawa or China post fault, but this recent experience has been one that will opt me out from ordering from modakawa again.

Aug 23,2021I ordered two things in July. I emailed them asking where my order is, and only recieve an automated response to give them three days to check with the shipping people. I gave them more than three days, and have not gotten a response other than the automated message. I just want to know where my package is.

Therefore parcel service could not deliver the parcel to us. We contacted customer service which replied very fast and helped to clear the situation. Meanwhile we already received the parcel with the ordered items - all as descriped. Thanks.
