Jan 05,2021Very cute! I was kind of skeptical until I read these reviews, my friend had purchased me a frog hoodie for Christmas and its so cute, I've gotten the fleece version and its nice and soft. I put it in the wash and hang it up to dry and it remained the same quality :)

Jan 04,2021English: To be honest I was really freaked out when I read the reviews, but after 18 days of waiting my package finally arrived today. The things arrived in perfect condition and they are exactly what is shown in the image, plus the fabric is of excellent quality. The customer service is quite good, they took a few days to respond but they always clarified all my doubts. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family to buy here. -------------------------------- Español: Para ser honesta realmente me asusté cuando leí las reseñas, pero luego de 18 días de espera mi paquete finalmente ha llegado hoy. Llegaron las cosas en perfecto estado y son exactamente lo que se muestra en la imagen, además la tela es de una excelente calidad. El servicio al cliente igual es bastante bueno, tardaron unos cuantos días en responder pero siempre aclaraban todas mis dudas. Sin duda le voy a recomendar a mis amigos y familiares que compren aquí.

Jan 02,2021Rubbish service, I bought an item in late November 2020, It is now January 2021, The last update I got was on the 1st of December, I spent around $40 on this item, plus shipping. This is very disappointing. I am still expecting this order, If I do not get it by February this year, I will be asking for a refund. This is horrible service and truly disappointing. As a business owner, I'd be ashamed to keep a customer waiting and have their experience be so disatisfactory.

Dec 17,2020I ordered several items for my daughter for the holidays and the items never came. After one month I emailed customer service and they said that they needed a phone number to ship my order, and then claimed unapologetic. They charged my credit card the very next day after I ordered the items, but have not shipped ship the goods, which is my phone number according to them. I was issued a refund after all.

Dec 01,2020I ordered 2 items from Modakawa. Once was very nice and I liked it quite a bit. The second however was horrible quality and was nowhere near what was advertised on their site. It was horrible material that felt like it could rip at any snagging and had an odor. When I email Modakawa about it they offered me a $5 refund on an almost $40 hoodie. When I told them that would not be sufficient they offered me to return the item and receive a full refund, however the shipping would've been more than the item itself. So again I refused and stated I simply wanted a refund offer that wasn't insulting. When they did not reply I opened a paypal claim, in which they gave me the same options. 5% or 100% but I pay the shipping and am out the same amount. While the one item I ordered was nice, with the second item as is and their response I wouldn't recommend them in any way. EDIT: I finally received my refund from Modakawa after they saw this review. So I suppose if you're struggling to get a review from them leave a bad review. It seems like the only thing they care about is their public image.

Nov 26,2020I recently ordered from this store, and i find my experience a pleasing one. The clothes came here (a bit after they were expected, but i wasnt in a rush and i totally understand how hard it must be to ship orders out in this crisis) and they were really nice! Loved them, the hoodies are really comfy, but all my clothes came here except for the cinnamoroll pijamas, which were the main reason i ordered from here :( i will be waiting for them for a few days more and will update if i get them! Thank you very much! update: i got them fairly quick after i posted this!

Nov 24,2020I placed an order on OCTOBER 24TH, and its NOVEMBER 24TH. I read my fair share of reviews and some said they come quick or a week or two which was fine. But a month? Not what i had in mind. I feel like wish and aliexpress ships faster. I had high hopes since its a well known brand on every platform i go on.

Nov 19,2020Edit: Communication was settled and was very satisfied with that, was even offered a discount for the troubles, still waiting on delivery but will update when items arrive thank you. I have ordered over $100 worth of items from Modakawa as a gift for my girlfriend but I am slowly starting to worry that it will never arrive. I still want to give the benefit of the doubt but it’s going on 9 days without a shipping confirmation email. I am quite patient so I just need the communication to improve and I will gladly continue to use this store. I hope eventually the transparency could improve and communication with customers could be a priority for this website. I also ordered over $100 worth of items from Shein.com and I have received the confirmation order and excellent communication which makes me feel more inclined to shop with them later on. I hope Modakawa can overcome these negatives and begin to obtain a better reputation. Thank you.

I really do want to buy something, but i read some reviews and some of them where one star and 5 stars, so i am not sure if i should buy from here! This store has everything i ever wanted, but i dont trust it fully! i just need to know if i would get my package if i shop there!! i gave this a 3 star because i am not sure if there are as promising as they sound. Overall this store is very cute and i would like to buy from here! I just want to say please Modakawa treat all your customers with love and respond to them when they need help the most! UwU

Nov 13,2020first off i love this store ! they always are having good sales and their prices aren't too expensive most of the time . so i bought the rainbow dress that comes with a bow and omg it's literally the cutest!! it's basically my personality but make it a dress . same for the shoes! i bought the bow heart mary janes, baby pink version . they are the cutest shoes i've ever seen and they make me sooo happy :') the colors are exactly like the photos. today i wore this outfit to school and i got a lot of compliments!! wearing things that make me happy is so important to me, tysm modakawa ! ur the best, i'll be buying from you guys again!! the only negative thing about my experience is my mom's bank sent an email to her after she bought this for me saying 'fraud alert' but i think it was just because it was coming from a different country? idk honestly, it kinda scared me LOL. oh also it took 3-4 weeks to arrive. ^_^

Nov 06,2020I LOVE THIS SWEATER! purchased a sweater my daughter wanted. I did not think I would like it but it was her birthday so I ordered it. I LOVE IT!!! The sweater is well made and I got quick responses when I inquired about status cause I deleted my email acknowledgement. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Jan 06,2021I am overall very satisfied with my first experience shopping from Modakawa. My order took about 3-4 weeks to arrive, which is about how long I expected it to take. I ordered just one item: the black bunny overall shorts (I saw them in an advertisement and they were too cute not to buy). The quality was much better than expected, since I was initially a bit worried that the fabric would feel cheap or too thin. They are very comfortable and soft, and look just like the pictures on the website. I had only one issue with these shorts. The stitching on one of the straps was partially missing (where the end of the back strap wraps around the slide). It seems like it might come off, but hasn’t so far. This particular part seems like it can easily be sewn or pinned back together, so I’m not too worried about it.
