Nov 03,2020I was skeptical, so for my first purchase I bought a pair of shoes for my sisters birthday. Understandingly they took a while to arrive because they were shipping from overseas, but it was worth it. On a more personal note I have never bought clothes for myself before. I recently took on a job and decided that I was going to replace everything I had. I trusted Modakawa with all of my hard earned money to find a new way of expressing myself. They have been incredibly professional, tracked all of my packages from point A to point B, and most importantly provided me with a wide selection of the cutest clothing I have ever seen. Additionally I read several reviews of concerned individuals about the quality of the clothing. Personally I have not run into any issues, but if you're still genuinely concerned I would advise you to just buy anything that looks like it would survive the wash. A lot of their stuff requires special care! Hopes this helps :)

Oct 26,2020I only ordered once but it is mostly entirely my fought but customer service is I don´t know- b/c I made a tiny mistake on my address and bought a hoodie and realize it was wrong when I got notify that hoodie was sent to wrong address, so I reached out to them to see what I can since I put the wrong address.. I mean they sent in email back but it wasn´t related to what I was asking for but just sends me a tracking of my order that can already track my myself

Oct 14,2020I love all the wonderful cute clothing you have! But I was told that it was going to arrive 2-5 days after getting the email. A week or so later, I haven’t gotten it. But reading other reviews I realize that it actually takes a month to arrive, so maybe next time say that it’ll arrive in about a month? Thanks so much!

Oct 14,2020The quality of the clothes is decent, comparable to Forever 21 or Boohoo. Definitely super overpriced in my opinion.There's usually shipping problems because it's an international package and because of the pandemic. My most recent order is still not here and it's been well over 3 weeks. Overall, clothes are cute but you can definitely find better and with a gentler price tag/better shipping.

Oct 04,2020I ordered the frog hoodie with no words and it's perfect. It is good material and exactly what I expected. The package actually arrived 3 weeks earlier! However, there was no washing instructions so I just threw it in the dryer and it shrunk a little :( Luckily I was able to stretch it back out! Modakawa has very cute items and is totally trustworthy!!

Oct 02,2020Pretty good shipping, arrived within a week or 2. Quality however is not good for its price. Mine was $60 and it came with a hole in it. Quality didn't feel right for price but was exactly what picture showed.

Sep 15,2020I ordered two items, being the "High Waist Plaid Mini Skirt" and "Little Cat Print Loose T Shirt." The skirt itself was good quality, thick material and I expected it to be small so that was ok, but the shirt was a very poor material. It claims to be cotton but was very shiny and thin like a plastic material, and I felt scared to even button it due to seeing the button holes fray as I touch them. The shipping times were as they had said, and I understand with Covid and shipping internationally it's going to be slow. I'd probably not buy again due to the huge prices for low quality materials and just how long it takes to ship.

Sep 13,2020I wasn't sure whether to buy from here or not after reading some reviews, but I bought a set of pajamas to try out their service. The clothing quality is phenomenal and it actually shipped really fast to me, I think it took around 2 weeks? I've already ordered something else and I'd really recommend their products so far :)

Aug 31,2020Meh. Their stuff is cute and there is not many reviews on the legitimacy of their products. I liked the idea of it so I gave it a shot. First the price is extremely high for what you get. I bought something for $30 and it honestly was not even worth $10. So second, The quality was not good. It seems like it’s a 50/50 shot your product will be at least decent. But worth the amount? Absolutely not. If it was wayyyyy cheaper then maybe I would buy it but not likely.I could see through my shirt and it just did not feel comfortable at all. Trying to return was difficult and I had to pay for returning it. Again for paying such high prices it doesn’t seem worth it at all. I was not that pleased and don’t understand why people rated it better than 2 stars maybe 3 depending on which items you bought. I wanted to try it since no one seemed to know whether or not it was good. I would say save your money because although it’s cute, this ain’t it.

Aug 22,2020Order came in 3 weeks, but if you need to return something you have to pay for shipping back to China and use a service that will track it all the way to China or they won't accept the return. Not worth the money or effort to send a return that far when they don't give you a return label or even an invoice to include in the package.

Aug 22,2020Zuerst hatte ich Zweifel dort was zu kaufen :/ doch werde definitiv weiterhin bei Modakawa kaufen! Habe am 30. Juli bestellt. Dann haben sie am 3. August angefangen die Bestellung aufzunehmen etc etc. nach 17 Tagen kam die am Mittag an (Schweiz) 🥰 (tracking war am Anfang nicht so gut, aber dann schon- ignoriert das Tracking, und wartet einfach ab!) Die Kleider waren sehr guter Qualität, gar nicht übel ;) Die sind auch mega nett & schreiben zurück. I love it ❤️

From reading the reviews I expected it to come in a month since a lot of the reviews said it takes at least a month to arrive. I got my items a week and a half later and I live in America. I was so happy that they came in and I’m in love with the clothing and material. I went back on and bought a pair of shoes and another skirt, so excited for it to come in! Definitely worth buying from here❤️

Nov 05,2020This company is a scam. Ordered $100 worth of merchandise and never received it, but they got their money. Took tracking number they gave us and had it ran through every shipping company and they all say it doesn't exist and that it's a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We have contacted the company several times through email and was ignored.
