Jul 06,2020I absolutely love the items I've purchased. Service The staff was very helpful and always tried to assure me that everything was going on well with my package. Due to the global pandemic, they had to send my order twice because the first package had stopped doing any shipping progress whatsoever - that's why my order took 2 months to arrive, but as I said, the company was very nice and answered every question I had and they also kept track of my products so that it would finally get to me. Clothes The clothes I've ordered are very pretty, they are made from a quite good quality (the jeans are beautiful, they look amazing on me and the shirt is very stretchy and comfy), but the sizes tend to run a bit small, so be sure to order one size up. For me, 174 cm tall and 57kg, I thought that the jeans would be longer than they actually are, but they fit well (the pants make my waist look a lot slimmer - same for the T-shirt) Conclusion Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend buying from them!

Jul 02,2020The company did wonderful with helping me track my package even though it took a really long time to get here. The main reason I didn't give a 5 star is because of the sizes, guess I have to become anorexic to fit in this cute outfit. :(

Jun 15,2020My order took a long time to arrive but when I questioned the customer service about my tracking not working they quickly gave me a working one and were very friendly. The clothes are a bit smaller than I hoped (they were one size only) but the quality is nicer than I expected, very soft. One jumper had tassels on the sleeves and the right one immediately fell off when I took it out of the bag so I will have to cut off the left one to match. Overall I’m impressed but I would order something that I can choose a bigger size next time because the “one size” is quite small!

Jun 14,2020It was really nice, though the bunny sweatshirt I got took a long time to get. I got it as a gift from somebody who doesn't know sizings on the internet/"size up", so it's a bit short on me. I don't know when my sister ordered it but it took a couple months, and it was supposed to be christmas present. The quality is really good!! I expected a really thin, ugly type of sweatshirt like Wish (no shade i promise), but it's pretty thick and doesn't smell weird!

Jun 09,2020I ordered a blouse and some pants. The blouse had some really thin, shinny, kind of cheap feel to it : I wouldn't have payed 28$ if I had seen it in a physical store! For the pants, they are cute, but I ordered a 2XL size : announced 104cm in hip size, so knowing that I'm 100cm it should be ok, but they won't fit me :( the size checks out with the tag on the pants, though. What was more disturbing was a chemical-like smell coming from the pants: I had to wash them before even trying them on! Please take care of the places you store your clothing before sending them. I do not know if I will be buying from this site again, since I find the quality is low for the price they ask...

Jun 06,2020Ich folge Modakawa jetzt schon seit einem Jahr und habe mich nie getraut zu bestellen. Die Sachen sind ja auch nicht so günstig, da hatte ich Angst, dass meine Bestellung vielleicht nicht ankommt und ich dann auch mein Geld nicht wiedersehe. Jetzt habe ich mich doch nicht mehr wehren können und vor ein paar Wochen einen Pulli und ein Shirt bestellt (nach Wien). Wie es so üblich ist, hat das Tracking am Anfang überhaupt nicht funktioniert (tut es aber bei mir selten, wenn ich aus dem Ausland bestelle). Habe mich daraufhin über den Facebook Messenger (Modakawa bietet das als Support an) gemeldet und quasi sofort einen neuen Tracking-Link zugeschickt bekommen - hat super funktioniert! Die Lieferung hat dann ungefähr 3 Wochen gedauert. Die Sachen haben wirklich eine wahnsinnig gute Qualität, keine losen Fäden, schweres Material, kaum Chemie-Geruch. Hab sie bei 30° gewaschen, hat ganz normal funktioniert und würd die Sachen jetzt am liebsten jeden Tag anziehen :D Ich bin mega glücklich mit meiner Bestellung und die wird auch sicher nicht die letzte sein! Das ist auch meine erste trustpilot Bewertung, ich wollte unbedingt teilen, dass das ein absolut trustworthy Online-Shop ist. Nur nicht gleich nervös werden, wenn das Tracking nicht funktioniert - Modakwa reagiert über den Messenger sofort!

Jun 05,2020I just recieved the items after 30 days shipping, which is good considering all the delays and cancels. An item was missing, but other than that I am super happy with the clothes. I was not expecting such good quality and the colors were exactly as displayed on the website. I will definitely purchase from modakawa again!
