Jun 02,2020Die Lieferung hat wie erwartet ein wenig länger gedauert, aber die Produkte waren von den Qualität her wirklich super. Leider sind die Größen sehr klein, also muss man aufpassen, dass man nicht ausversehen was zu Kleines bestellt, aber das ist bei asiatischen Größen ja normal.

May 29,2020Hi there! I would like to share with everyone my experience with Modakawa!(: All My items received within a month, and their customer service is just excellent! I have plenty of doubts initially such as, whether items would arrive? If the quality was worth the price, and etc. I would like to say that I am very pleased with my first purchase of 2 Shirts and a Short. They provide measurements at their website for their clothings hence, all my items fits me well. What you see in the pictures is really what you get, I will definitely make multiple re-purchases in the future. 🥂

May 28,2020Took super long to ship, I had no tracking information despite having a “tracking number”. When it came, one of the skirts had a rip in it and everything was horrible quality. I contacted support to set up a return and they want the return to be sent to China. The clothes originally came from California but in order to return them I would have to pay more to ship than the order itself. Buyer beware!

Sadly one of the items I had was a little small for me, but when I emailed them about this they gave me the return address without any problems and were very friendly. Though it was small, the quality was great and thankfully the other item I ordered fits perfectly! Looks exactly like it, the quality is great and the jumper that I ordered and fits is nice and soft. Thanks!

May 23,2020Overall, Modakawa shipped quickly and some of the clothes that arrived from my order were great. However, a sweater I ordered from them arrived in a colour that didn’t totally match the image shown on the site and doesn’t really suit me as a result. The daisy mesh I received also wasn’t the most comfortable feeling, but was on sale so I can’t complain. Overall, a decent experience.

May 20,2020Honestly, I was a bit worried when I saw the reviews on here saying that their orders weren't received until months later. I ended up getting my package in a couple of weeks and I absolutely love the dress I got! It's good quality and super cute, so I will definitely be shopping here again!
