May 20,2020Super süße Kleidung zu einem guten Preis und die Qualität ist auf den ersten Blick auch top! Stoff fühlt sich auch nicht all zu billig an, alles passend zum Preis natürlich. Lieferzeit war etwas lang, allerdings lag das Paket laut Lieferberfolgung gefühlt einen Monat beim deutschen Zoll, und da kann der Händler ja nun auch nix für ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ wird auf jedenfall im Freundeskreis weiterempfohlen und auch wieder bestellt!

May 19,2020I really love the quality of clothes and material. In my opinion it's a fair price and I'm happy with my new skirt and a hoodie with cat ears. The customer service is amazing 🥰🥰

May 19,2020They got one of the sizes wrong but honestly it's fine! Their medium would have been much smaller for my sister and she's actually a large as well. Hope they have larger sizes in the future though! The fabric was very cute and it took time to deliver (but I mean we're in a pandemic so you know... kinda expected). Either way, love the clothes :)

May 13,2020Ich hab am 10.04 bestellt und am 13.05 kam mein Paket an. Die Sachen sind wirklich schön und passen super. Man muss wirklich auf die größen achten und man sollte mit den Größentabellen auf der Seite nachmessen. Ich bin wirklich zufrieden und werde wieder bestellen, ich ziehe einen Stern ab weil es so lange dauert und man leider kaum über die Bestellnummer informiert wird wo oder was mit dem Päckchen ist.

May 13,2020Hice un pedido hace 42 días a Bilbao y aún no me ha llegado.He reclamado ya 3 veces y sólo me contestan que lo sienten y que espere más.No puedo opinar de la calidad de producto porque no lo he recibido,pero muy descontenta con el incumpliendo de entrega.Espero que me llegue algún día porque cobrarlo bien que lo han cobrado y no me lo reembolsan a pesar de solicitarlo

I contacted Modakawa many time to know about my shipment and they always replied really fast and super kindly. Their cloths are AMAZING, super good material and exactly how I expected. AMAZING.

May 07,2020I had a very good experience with Modakawa. After being tricked by another company whose reviews I should have looked up sooner, I was very anxious to try an online clothing company again, especially since Modakawa had the exact same website layout and mechanics as the other company. I reached out to Modakawa beforehand asking if they were affiliated and the customer service respondent put effort into reassuring me. I bought two items, a lace-up cat ears hoodie and a grey plaided skirt with lace accessories. Both came in reasonable time given covid shipping times, packaged securely together. Good customer service also included their changing of a name on the shipping label at my request, and offering to return a piece and change the size when I asked if this was possible. I won't be returning for a smaller size but it's good to know they are up for it. Needless to say, the clothes look really cute! I will be exchanging the lacing on the hoodie for black shoelaces but that's just personal preference. Thank you Modakawa.

May 06,2020It was my first time ordering from them. I live in Australia and I ordered during a pandemic so I wasn’t expecting it to arrive quickly. I do a fare amount of online shopping and I was so surprised by the quality of the jumpers I bought. I felt like I was being cuddled. And they were so cute. I’m about to make another order❤️

Apr 14,2020I ordered a sweatshirt on February 28th from Modakawa. It still has not reached my home in Seattle on April 14th. I used the tracking application and it said it has not left Modakawa's warehouse and is ready to be shipped out. I will not be ordering from them again.

Apr 11,2020I ordered about 10 things 2 weeks ago and paid for express shipping!! My stuff was able to come in very quickly. However, not everything that I had ordered came in the package and I am concerned. On my profile,on the website, it said the order was fulfilled. I am hoping that my stuff comes in soon as I paid $286 for everything. Other than that, the clothes are of high quality and I will be buying from them again!

Apr 08,2020even during this covid crisis they shipped my item in under a month and a half (i live in australia so i often expect at LEAST 2 months for orders to arrive) the material of these boots is gorgeous and the size is perfectly snug, and best of all i’m no longer a measly 5’3!! these boots boost me up a good 3.5 inches, i love them already!
