Jan 13,2020I ordered a surname monogram last Christmas for my husband and he was thrilled. It arrived well packaged, in time for the holidays and was good value for the quality of the work. It has weathered well in the past year and still looks great. I intend to order more as gifts for other family members.

Jan 13,2020My experience is stated as such. I over paid for a purchase a 10 days before Thanksgiving for a Christmas Present. I was okay with paying more for this being a christmas present insured delivery by Christmas. Was sent an email ,also seen posted on there website, ads on facebook and also when you called the company and got their voicemail stated several times that if you make your purchase before December 4th we will ensure your delivery by Christmas. Well that didnt happen. I dod not recieve word of delivery till after the 1st of the year.

Jan 13,2020I find it interesting that you would offer a $20 reward for a positive review, while I have been waiting for +2 months for a resolution to a damaged product I received. Very poor service! I don’t think I’d recommend you to anyone or ever order anything from you again. I placed an order Nov. 8 & still don’t have a satisfactory solution. The only thing I got from you was a refusal to return my money. Very disappointing!!!

Jan 13,2020I ordered a Spit Letter Monogram for my daughter for Christmas on the 2nd of December. On the website it did say that with Christmas fast approaching the I could expect delays. I received an email advising that the item had been sent on the 16th December and it arrived shortly after. I must say I was very happy with the Split Letter Monogram and so was my daughter and her husband. I am very impressed with the item and the time it took to make a personalised item. I give Moments Engraved a huge thumbs up.

Jan 13,2020I ordered a 24” monogram for my newly married daughter and her husband for Christmas. The item arrived in a timely manner but was damaged in transit. The team could not have been more responsive to replace the item. I immediately received a reply to my inquiry and once I provided photos of the damage a replacement was created. The customer service could not have been better. Actually the reason for the 4 star rating has to do with my color selection. The bronze color I ordered would better be described as chocolate. It was not what I expected and I probably would have made a different choice. My daughter loved her gift and it is hanging in her living room!

Jan 13,2020I ordered on November 24 and received my order, which was a Christmas gift, on January 7. I would never order from this company again. Now to receive an email asking for positive reviews, making your customers who have left honest reviews of their disappointing experience with you sound like the bad guys. Shame on you. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Jan 13,2020After purchasing one of these for friends of mine, I suggested that my office purchase a much larger sign for the outside of the new building that we just moved into. Since our business is small, it is a great way to help our clients identify our office from the street and we get so many compliments from passersby and people asking us where we got it. It really gave our business a recognition boost and my boss can’t stop thanking me for the suggestion!

Jan 13,2020Moments Engraved did a very good job for me and they perform excellent craftsmanship on these custom products! I did have a problem with the font on mine after they got it here on time for Christmas. I called customer service and Leslie did a great job of conveying my thoughts and feelings to the management so they could understand properly as to how to handle the situation. They came back to me pretty quickly and let me know that they would replace it free of charge and shipping! To me, that’s really going above and beyond as they easily could have asked for me to pay for their costs, half price or at least shipping! At any rate, I can tell you fist hand that they do great work and they stand behind it! I’m sure there is always going to be the few that have had an unpleasant experience especially being that Christmas is such an important and nerve wracking season! Those cases are unfortunate and I can tell you that from my experience they do great work, they provide a great custom product you can be proud of and most of all they truly care about your satisfaction and do what is needed to be done to make me satisfied! To me that’s all you can really ask or hope for!

Jan 13,2020I received my order for three Split letter signs and was sorely disappointed in the quality of the flimsy metal.The advertising shows a sign being surfaced with an angle grinder. In reality the metal was so thin that I was embarrassed to give these as gifts! This is truly false advertising! Also, these were ordered around November 30th and were not received until January 7th.The delay supposedly was caused by "an act of God" or something like that. I will not use the proffered Gift Certificate that was sent by way as an apology because I would never be able to use it!
