Jan 13,2020I am writing this review because the company has received a lot of negative reviews that they did not deliver in time for Christmas 2019. There was a flood and that was an act of God so it was beyond their control. Things happen and this is the case. They did let us know that there was a problem and they were in the process of getting the order out as soon as possible. I handled my end by informing the gift receiver that their gift was on the way just a little late. It was not a problem. Today folks are inpatient and easily fly off the handle. People need to put themselves in others shoes and stop being so selfish. This company did the best they could and they have great quality products. We ordered the Eagle Flag and a name plate. Both are very nice. The person who received the Eagle Flag was really happy with the Eagle Flag. I am sorry that this company has had to deal with a setback and now people not acting like grown up adults. I wish Moments Engraved well. Thank you. Dolores Wells

Jan 13,2020I have ordered two of the Split Letter Monograms (one as a gift and one for myself) and am delighted with both! I live in Norway and all of our guests over Christmas have commented on the quality of the product and how great it looks. The true measure of a product is whether you would order more - I would and most certainly will! A great and unusual gift not only for those hard to buy for but also discerning individuals. Highly recommended.

Jan 13,2020I purchased a monogram at the end of November 2019 for my parents who have everything. I was assured that the gift would arrive prior to Christmas however due a shipping issue the gift did not arrive till December 27. I was a bit disappointed however I do understand stuff happens. The monagram was wonderful and my parents loved it. Moments Engraved was sorry and promptly issued a gift card for a further purchase. I will probably use the gift card and purchase one for myself.

Jan 13,2020I ordered one with our family name, but quickly added our house number when I saw the great deals being offered. Now people can find our house more easily and it looks much nicer than anything I could have found at Home Depot and Lowe’s. I highly recommend this company!

Jan 13,2020Even though It took a while to arrive and I missed Christmas Day and due to some rumours I heard that it’s a con My signs arrived today and I am over the moon They are fantastic my only problem was that as I live in Cyprus I was charged at delivery an extra 30 euros taxes which I was expecting but the delivery company charged an extra 20 euros handling fees which I thought was a bit naughty as I had already paid delivery.

Trying to find something for the man who has everything (my brother) for his 60th birthday - I came across the monogram initial on Moments Engraved Facebook Page. I ordered one for him which he was thrilled with and I liked it so much I ordered one for myself. I reckon there'll be a few more ordered for Birthday, Wedding and Christmas presents over the coming months.

I was disappointed before Christmas that it was going to be late but what a mammoth effort and it looks fabulous.
