Moments Engraved communicated with us so we knew the approximate arrival date. Be sure to order the packet to hang the piece with; it has magnets that work perfectly for hanging on the wall nice an flat and secure. Very please in California.

Jan 12,2020I had an empty exterior wall that needed something. I didn’t know what to do with this space, so it had been blank for years. Until I finally found this website that created very personal initial decore. I ordered it, hoping it would arrive before Christmas, but had no expectation of it. But my item arrived and it looks amazing in my front courtyard. I am extremely happy with my name plaque and I highly recommend this company, their product and the craftsmanship. Loved it!!

Jan 12,2020I just love moments engraved. I am a personal effect person. Meaning, I love things with the name on it or picture on it. I ordered a door hanger for my daughter and her husband for their first house with their last name on it. They had just gotten married, so this was their first big gift signifying their marriage. It hangs on the front door for the world to see and no one can mistake their house. It’s simply beautiful!!!!!!!!!

Jan 12,2020I ordered a sign to give to my husband for Christmas. I ordered early enough so it would arrive in time. When it arrived, I checked it out before I wrapped it. It was beautiful! On Christmas morning, my husband was amazed. He fell in love with it immediately. He said it was his best present. Friends came over two days later and immediately noticed the sign. They want to get one also. Our adult son is extremely difficult to buy for. My husband said he would love having his own sign. We ordered one for him too! I can’t wait to receive it and give it to him. The workmanship is incredible. It will dress up any place we put it! We are going to hang it on an inside wall and we are seriously considering getting a larger one for outside. We highly recommend this product!

I did not receive my plaque until after Christmas “ however I emailed moments engraved a couple of time and got a quick reply” telling me they were trying their best to fill all orders before Christmas. Being a smaller business I M sure they did the best they could. My daughter received her plaque 1 week late but she was absolutely thrilled with it. So it was worth the wait. Thanks moment engraved ! And I will definitely order from them again.

As gifts they received rave reviews from both recipients. I purposely ordered early to avoid the holiday rush, so I didn't experience any customer service or untimely delivery issues. Will definitely order more in the future.

Jan 12,2020They are EXTREMELY DISHONEST!! Don’t do business with them!! I placed an order - I did not receive an email confirmation as I had previously and my credit card rejected the tranasaction. So I went ahead a created a new order. They BILLED ME FOR BOTH. I received a duplicate item as well. I emailed and explained the situation even provided my rejected credit card email. I had to email SEVERAL TIMES before I received a response ...finally I got one - they would not refund me for the duplicate order. So disappointed with this company and their customer service... don’t even think about it.... Patsy
