Jan 13,2020BUYER BEWARE! Terrible experience! I ordered in plenty of time for their guaranteed by Christmas delivery. When I STILL didn’t have my item by Christmas Eve I had a group of friends email on my behalf (because I was blocked) to inquire about it and two were actually told it had been delivered (and on two different dates) and four were told it was still in processing! The others got the same memo I was getting until I asked for management and was blocked which was that “They'll be notified when it’s shipped.” I emailed them telling them how all my friends on fb know what kind of “great customer service I was getting’ and that because I didn’t have a gift to give on Christmas they should be ashamed! I get an email response from Jay “the mgr” telling me they had a flood and my order was damaged and he could give me a 20 gift card!!!!! I told him to keep his gift card and give me my money back. Crickets! Then, two days later I get and email my order was shipped!!!!! My plan was to refuse it and wait/fight for a refund but my free shipping order was held at the post office with a 12 dollar shipping charge!!!!! I didn’t know my husband went to get it or I would have stopped him. Sadly, in the end it’s probably best he did because this company, without a doubt, would have Never refunded me!!!!! I was done with any correspondence with them until I get and email from JAY yesterday, who seemingly has no clue who I am, asking me to go on this sight and write an honest review. Well Jay, I’m happy to oblige. And....I will continue, every chance I get to warn people about this company. Not only did I NOT get my guaranteed before Christmas item they opted to LIE to me and my friends about the order rather than be honest about this so called flood. There is no way as choreographed and practiced as their delay and lie to their customer tactics were that I’m the only person that has been treated this way. On a final note: the product was slightly bent at the top. Go figure!

Jan 13,2020Wow, what an awesome nameplate idea! We gave this as a gift to a couple who just moved into their new home. Although the price for these is extremely reasonable, the couple was overwhelmed with how expensive it looked. I’m about to order one for my home because it’s truly a unique way to set your house apart in the neighborhood.

Jan 13,2020I ordered a beautiful sign from Moments Engraved for my son and daughter in law, and I was thrilled when I saw it!! It was magnificent! The quality was incredible and I hate to admit it, but it was greater than my expectations! When they opened their gift, they absolutely LOVED IT!! In fact, after Christmas, they called me and told me they wanted to order another one for their summer home!! YAY!! Moment Engraved - thank you SO MUCH for this wonderful gift!!

Jan 13,2020I ordered a sign for my brothers gf on Dec 7 and received it on January 7. Although it took a month to get because of the holidays, the sign was amazing! The quality of craftsmanship is just fabulous! I would order another sign in a heart beat! It looks so much better in person then on your website! Thank you Moments Engraved, you are awesome!

Jan 13,2020I ordered two of these in November for Christmas presents/house warming presents for two of our five adult children. There were some terrifying moments wondering if they would arrive on time for their visit. They did arrive and we all loved them. A daughter-in-law told me when she opened it she had been looking for something just like it. She and the others were thrilled. They were done exceptionally well, and while I have not yet seen them up, the magnetic hanging hardware is very strong. I would not hesitate to order them again for house warming gifts.

Jan 13,2020I placed an order in mid November for a Christmas gift that did arrive by Christmas as promised. I believe the company was overwhelmed with orders since I found them on Facebook, along with thousands of others, no doubt. Nevertheless, I received an email saying signs ordered prior to Dec. would arrive by Christmas and it did! I am very happy with the product quality and service. My sign was completed accurately, and we love it!

Jan 13,2020Wow! I have just received my order and it is fabulous. I had an email in December stating it may not be here before Christmas but that was not an issue for me....and it was definitely worth the wait. My family love the sign especially the detail, so I'm sure I will be ordering again.

Jan 13,2020I ordered this sign for my oldest daughter and her husband for Christmas. It did not arrive on time. HOWEVER, it is perfect and lovely. They love it and said that it was worth the wait! I understand that the company was overwhelmed with orders. Sometimes things custom made need a little more time and patience. Everyone is SO " right this minute" lately, give someone grace once in a while. I would have given them a five star, but it WAS late, lol. I am glad that I used this company, their work is flawless.

Jan 13,2020I ordered two signs in November for Christmas gifts. They were the same sign only difference was the size. Larger one was delivered Christmas Eve - it was thrown onto our property and was damaged / bent. We decided to bang it back into shape rather than deal with this company. The second one I was told they didn't have all the information needed. Then yesterday I received an email telling me the second sign has been shipped. So all of a sudden they found the original order info??? Customer service was no help whatsoever. I would never purchase from them ever again.

Jan 13,2020The first sign that arrived came promptly but the name was smaller than we had expected. I emailed customer service with a photo and they responded quickly and sent a replacement on a rush order for Christmas. My husband loves it, as do I and everyone who has seen it comments on how amazing it looks. We couldn't be happier and would definitely order again.

Jan 13,2020Received our name plate sign and are thrilled. We had it done in black and it looks great on the wall. I ordered in early December and with all the orders the company received it did arrive a little later but was worth the wait. ( I was reassured that all the orders and backlog meant a great product. I was right) I will not hesitate to order from them again!

Jan 12,2020What a disaster of a company!!! Where should I start??? 1. Custom sign came spelled INCORRECT. What a JOKE! How does this happen?? They actually mailed out a custom sign with 2 letters missing from the last part of my name. NO quality control! Packing slip showed name spelling correct but they still sent a misspelled sign??? Seriously! 3. Poor communication/emails when placing an order. 4. Never answer phone--don't know why they even post a phone number. 5. Order came 2 weeks after Christmas! 6. Still haven't received a replacement but you better know that they have my MONEY! Having to deal with company and then to sit down and write an honest review so others don't have to go through this is such a major headache! I was so embarrassed that I did not have the Xmas gift I ordered to gift to my husband. Also:To any international buyers please note further charges to be added in import tax that moments engraved will not mention.

Jan 12,2020I ordered and received before Christmas. My husband (and family) loved it! There was a slight complication so I emailed and sent photos. The company immediately rectified the situation with no extra cost. They were very professional about it. Would recommend to anyone!

Jan 13,2020I am supper happy with the work and quality of the split monogram that I ordered through Moments Engraved. The customer service was quick and understanding when my order was damaged during shipping. They were right on top of having the problem fixed even during their busy Christmas season. I have already passed their name along to some colleagues and would definitely order from them again.
