Without her guidance I would of never been able to purchase my first property. Very professional and stress free process. Definetly recommended.

Nov 26,2024Highly recommend- Emma Robinson was absolutely amazing and made the whole process quick and as stress free as possible. As first time buyers we were clueless with how it works but Emma arranged a meeting within a day of me contacting her to talk through the process and start getting our application ready for our mortgage. She was so kind and supportive throughout, we never felt like we couldn’t ask “silly” questions. Will definitely be back in future as and when needed, thank you!

She was incredibly supportive from start to finish, taking on all the hard work so I didn’t have to. Apr 04,2024We were recommended to use MoneySprite services by a close friend and were given a contact for Emma in the Chelmsford Office. Needless to say that the recommendation was spot on and we were kept informed and updated all the way through the process of the Mortgage application and securing the best rates. This was particularly helpful given we are first time buyers and therefore new to the process. I would more than happily recommend MoneySprite and especially Emma to anyone wanting to find a suitable Mortgage at the best possible market rate!

Mar 26,2024I spoke to a mortgage adviser in the Bishops Waltham Hants branch and sent all my documentation as he requested. I was puzzled that I never heard from him again, not even to acknowledge receipt of my documents. Despite me subsequently chasing him 3 times for a response, he completely ignored my messages and he did not even have the courtesy to apologise or explain his lack of contact. After weeks of waiting for contact from him and hearing nothing, I gave up and I asked him to delete all my documents. He finally replied - no apology or explanation given, just an off-hand comment agreeing to delete the documents, so he had clearly received them. Very rude and very unprofessional. If this is indicative of the standard of customer service they provide, then I will definitely not be recommending Moneysprite to anyone. Extremely unimpressed.

Feb 16,2024Money Sprite was excellent. We switched our Morgage from by-to-let to residential wouldn’t have been possible going through the bank directly. It was a bit of a journey but we got there in the end. Money Sprite was incredible, very co-operative and helpful. Big Thank-you to Navida who did more than 100% to make it a success.

Feb 08,2024I decided to search for a reputable broker in respect of my remortgage requirements. The one which stood out the most and had reviews reflective of an exceptional service was indeed Moneysprite. Soon after making an enquiry, I was promptly contacted by Ashley Brown with whom I had a detailed initial conversation. I found Ashley genuinely helpful, attentive and passionate in ensuring he was able to help secure me the best possible remortgage deal. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that Ashley would actively monitor the interest rates daily to ensure I had benefited from the best available product at the point of completion. I am aware having previously spoken with some brokers that they aren't willing to take such initiative due to their heavy workloads, instead relying upon the customers to monitor such rates. To the contrary Ashley kept me appraised of any expected forthcoming products prior to completion. He would always answer my questions, no matter how trivial and he would always clarify something I may not have understood. Ashley was always available to address any issues and at one point even responded to me by phone whilst he was away on holiday! In the absence of Ashley, I liaised with his colleague Toni Lucke who was also just as professional and helpful. Thank you Ashley and Toni. I wish you both the very best of success in your careers with Moneysprite.

Nov 29,2023We needed specialist insurance and the high street brokers, comparison sites etc were unable to help. We weren’t sure if Moneysprite included this in their portfolio, so called Justine and explained what we were looking for. Completely unphased, she promised to do some research and called back the next day with a bespoke - very competitive - quote which we immediately accepted. Short answer here, we have given up on other advisors and call Justine for all our financial advice, as do our children. Thanks for removing the stress from a potentially complex procedure!

He has been there every step of the way answering any questions/queries we may have about anything quickly, making this experience as friendly and stress-free as possible, especially with a little one on the way. Couldn't recommend enough!
