Oct 04,2022While the prices are good their customer service is terrible. Very East Coast (Maryland) that’s for sure. I created an account and bought just shy of $500 of silver that was on 29 September. I tried to check my order status and long story I got a very curt yet direct email saying that my account was suspended and order canceled because my card was flagged but their third party system. Okay fine, understandable but they wouldn’t honor the previous price and could have cared less that I wasn’t happy. Oh and my God were on back order. They were not trying to keep me as a customer. Terrible! Stay with PIMBEX they are as cheap but they want you as a happy customer.
