Sep 13,2021Couldn't be happier thus far. Placed my first order with Monument Metals over the weekend and of course, I had questions afterward. Called in and customer service was INCREDIBLE! Phenomenal prices and outstanding customer service...Can any of us ask for much more than that? Spending money online can be scary, but being able to pick up the phone and get a "human" right away makes that go away. Especially when they are helpful and take their time with you. Just starting, but looking forward to a long relationship with Monument Metals!

Sep 11,2021Liars. Placed an order for some silver and was given only 2 options for shipping. USPS economy, or an expensive option. After choosing the "free" shipping, I immediately called the customer service number and advised them I wanted the order sent with signature required. I explained that the postal service here where I live sucks, and based upon past issues, it was 50/50 if I received my order. They place stuff in the wrong box, steel, etc. A woman assured me it would be done. It was not. I never received any word from them after this. I was simply brushed off. All the hype about "integrity"and all the rest is bull. I will never, EVER spend another dollar with these phonies.

Aug 29,2021I placed a silver and gold coin order with Monument Metals, LLC on Aug 27, 2018. There were 3 items on the order. 2 items were silver and 1 item was gold. The silver items are correct. The gold item is incorrect. The item I ordered was a 50 Pessos gold coin weighing 1.2oz. What I received is a gold coin of 1 oz which looks similar to the 50 Pessos coin. So there is a 0.2 oz difference. At the time I paid 1534.06 for 1.2 oz. I was cheated out of $255.68 (now worth $300) for the missing 0.2 oz. I spoke to the business on 8/23/2021 and they said there is nothing they can do. They did not have records going back 3 years and were not interested in trying to resolve the issue in any way. The order number is 100009599. Terrible Business Practices, causing the error in the shipment, then an unwillingness to negotiate with a customer that spent and will spend thousands of dollars on metals. If the IRS requires tax payers to hold tax records for 5 years why would this business hold shipping records for only 6 months. Will never due business with this guy again. Proceed at your own risk.

Love these folks and will continue to do business with them as long as they maintain that reliable service level. Oh, and the pricing ain't half bad either!

Oct 07,2021I recently had a large check on hold by the bank but I wanted to buy gold immediately. Working with Giselle in customer support, I was able to lock in the price that day and wait for the bank to release the check prior to the actual purchase at that price some some time later. They were superb all the way through and they always have the best price. I will continue to shop here first.
