Feb 02,2022Classic Bait & Switch... I pre-ordered a 100 oz silver bar which they advertised as being shipped during the week of February 4th, 2022... After they received my payment, they called to say the silver bars I ordered are delayed UNTIL APRIL 1st, 2022... They, of course, were willing to sell me something else they had in stock at the same price (which was purchased at a premium for the name brand)... Plausible deniability, but really is the classic Bait & Switch technique... I will never do business again with this company as I do not trust companies that even have the appearance of deceptive advertising and/or bait & switch tactics...

Dec 13,2021The modern proof coins is a good deal. Some of said we wanted a mix of denominations. And we got it when possible. I got a roll of half’s quarters and dimes. Some loose quarters and halves. Monument listens and does not cherry pick the tubes of coins. Fast shipping too. I will continue to buying from Monument it’s been for years now.!

This company has by far the best customer service and very reasonable prices. I suggest you check their site first, and if they don't have exactly what you're looking for, consider changing your plans :)

Oct 14,2021In an effort to save 9.75% in sales tax, I sent an order to my mother, in Indiana. Unexpectedly, she was out of town when my order was shipped. Giselle worked overtime trying to make arrangements for an accurate and timely delivery. She cared about my situation and worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. It was not her problem, or even that of Monument Metals, but she wanted to help fix it. I know she made many phone calls and talked to various people with her business connections and implemented a fix, that as the customer, I could not do. I cannot express my appreciation sufficiently. Representing a multi million dollar business, she went above and beyond for a $25 shipping fee. I see why your business is thriving. She epitomizes the customer service representative and I hope will be properly recognized.
