Jul 02,2022Their credit card prices are very fair and processing is very fast. I placed two orders very close to each other and they neatly combined everything into one shipment. This simplified the tracking of the items and eliminated the hassle of unpacking multiple boxes. Items were carefully and considerately packaged. I’ve probably purchased bullion from over a hundred different sellers over the years and Monument Metals is quickly becoming my go to source for government minted bullion coins because of their awesome deals.

Apr 30,2022Just ordered some gold and silver bars from Monument Metals. They have a very good selection (PAMP, Valcambi, Nadir, Royal Canadian Mint, etc) and their prices were very competitive. I placed the order with Jon. He was very easy to work with and provided good recommendations on the specific types of bars that are both highly regarded in the industry and cost effective. The whole process was very streamlined including the shipment of the metals to the depository. I would definitely recommend Monument Metals!

Apr 15,2022Great selection, great pricing, not great packaging, no response when shown damaged goods. I wouldn’t say not to buy from them, just pray it doesn’t come in damaged and you need to contact them for a replacement or remedy. Will update if situation changes UPDATE: Monument reached out after this review and said they never received my email stating I received damaged items and would like an exchange. They promptly offered multiple solutions of which I picked to exchange damaged items for same items undamaged. They provided a return shipping label and today I received the new bars. I tend to believe my original email was accidentally missed by them bc I’ve dealt with them enough and corresponded via email with Jonathan, the owner himself on multiple occasions. I’m very happy w the outcome and will continue to use Monument as my go to #1 choice for precious metals. Best prices, best selection, excellent customer service.

They had my check for a week, then contacted me and said that they could not accept the check bc the item went out of stock during my payment transfer period. I would not do business again. I’m So sad because I love finding a reliable dealer who has items in stock when no one else does. First time and last time. Sorry.

Mar 16,2022It's an online business with a local coin shop feel. I've talked to the owner once, and to only one other person (Giselle) when I have questions, who, I'm sure knows me now by my voice. Once, when my check did not arrive for almost two weeks, Giselle was patient as I worked with the post office to resolve it. When the check finally arrived, my shipment was dispatched immediately after the waiting period, just as all my other orders have been. Furthermore, she is always friendly and professional. These are all things you would expect from your local dealer that they provide online, clear across the country from me. Monument Metals is my preferred online dealer, bar none.

My point is I love buying products from Monument, I can honestly say I have not had a bad experience, I am writing this only after reading all the negative and I just can't say I see any truth to that. This place answers the phone, answers emails, and delivers what I buy. Sure, maybe a little short sometimes but really?? Think about the calls and emails and orders to keep up with 24/7. I say keep it up guys!! BTW, order number 27 placed tonight, first review. So yeah, this seems silly... but this is a legit review! ;}

Mar 15,2022I ordered for the first time on 3/09/22 and was initially told it would arrive the week of 4/08. It’s in my hands now on 3/14/22! I really appreciate the “deceptive” packaging - nondescript and WELL wrapped. The packaging was done to the extent I ended up tearing the outside box apart to get to the inside box and then had to slice open the bubble wrapped shipping packet inside that box. I showed the shipping label to my wife and son because I was so impressed. Monument Metals earned my future business for sure.
