Bought a Mazda MX5 from Preston Motor Parks. It had to be sent from Maidstone Kent. After I paid my deposit I experienced the worst customer service ever. I had nearly 5 weeks of hassle and no customer care. Sent a letter to the general manager, and also emailed the CEO the same letter. Unfortunately the mangers at Preston motor parks don’t always reply to emails, phone calls and do not deliver on what they say. Only one manger did help me with my issues. When you are spending thousands on a car from a big company you would expect good service. No sincere apology from them, absolutely disgusted with them. Would never recommend them to anyone.
After extensively searching on line for an Insignia my search kept coming back to Doves Vauxhall due to the price. I always thought that dealer prices were high but my search on line proved me wrong and that you were very competitive with none Vauxhall car sales. I thought that myself and wife were treated extremely well and after test driving my insignia I knew that this was the car. The buying formality was made easy with your salesman Robert who spent a long time with us explains everything in great detail so at no stage did we feel pressured or rushed. I am extremely pleased with my Insignia a quality car from a great dealership thank you so much Doves.
Purchased a Fiat 500 for my daughter. Needed to replace front two tyres. Passenger mirror has been siliconed on. Advertised with full Fiat service history but non provided. MOT documents withheld (probably because of advisory on tyres). Phone calls and emails ignored. Avoid Bolton Motor Park at all cost. Trading Standards is my next port of call.
As always we couldn't ask for being treated any better at Volvo. Nigel Livingston and Lewis wills go above and beyond helping us to get what we wanted from a car. Nothing was too much trouble from purchasing the car to the day we collected it.
Connor was really helpful great friendly service
Would have put no stars if I could. Dealt with Preston and Warrington motor parks. Appalling customer service. Rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I was messed around from the word go. Could go on and on about my awful experience with this company but I think this sums it up.. I was interested in a car advertised for £12,000, was organising going to test drive it. 2 days later, all excited, I show my friend the advert, i notice it has gone up to £12,800! I ring to tell them they have made an error, they say no that is the price now. They lost a cash sale there and then. Why they thought I would just say oh here you are have another £800 I dont mind. I would never have looked at the car if it had been that price in the first place. Ridiculous. But the good news since then I have found a beautiful little car from a fantastic and professional company that put this company to shame.
Excellent service.
Thank you again for my lovely new MX5. Wonderful service as usual from all at Mazda Northampton, especially Ellis and John! It is always a pleasure doing business with you and I’m sure we will be back again. Would not hesitate to recommend you to everyone ( the cars are pretty good too!) just love driving our Mazda’s!

Excellent service from start to finish
DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A CAR DEALER!!! Preston Motor Park Where to begin....went into branch and agreed to PX my car for one they had within the business elsewhere and was shown pictures and was told car would be in top tip condition. whilst there we got the settlement figure for my car and got the fiance stuff sorted etc...all good. 2 days before i was due to collect the car, i got a phone call that i told them the wrong settlement figure and owe them £200. I told them to leave in which i got a phone call back to say they made a mistake but don't worry they will work the numbers. Was pretty much hounded to be there 1st thing Saturday to collect, upon arriving i was made to wait nearly 2 hours whilst the sales guy chased another sale ( i should have walked off). The car was not ready as wheels was scuffed and bonnet chipped. Was told to bring it back in during week to get sorted. The bonnet and 2 wheels never got done but not going chase for that. Now this is where the fun begins..... a week or so after changing cars, i received a speeding fine from my old car doing 76mph in a 50mph average speed camera zone (THIS CERTAINLY GIVE YOU A INSIGHT TO HOW THE CARS ARE TREAT BEFORE GOING ON THE FORECOURT). This was pretty much laughed of at the dealership. The car went into garage for some warranty work on the exhaust. Got told they will do the work but drop it off the following Monday as that is when the part will be in. Dropped it off on the Sunday due to work commitments. By Wednesday i have not heard anything & after a couple of phone calls with promises to ring me back which never happened i decided to call in. My car had not moved and was forgotten about even though they had arranged the date to return to do the work. Was no apology and was told to leave with them. I declined and took it to Abarth wigan who did the warranty work and found a couple of niggles which should have been spotted from the service by Preston motor park. A couple of weeks later the paint had peeled of the front bumper, went into the dealership and they agreed it needed go back to the body shop. Manager told me to forward details so they could arrange a courtesy car the following week. 6 weeks later after ignored emails, promised phone calls back, phone put down on me and having to deal with the most rude & aggressive receptionist i finally managed to escalate this with the general manager who was really good and promised to get things sorted. A couple of weeks past so contacted the general manager who was surprised to hear from me as he was under the impression somebody had contacted me to arrange getting the car fixed. Quick phone call back, all sorted drop car off next Wednesday pick up latest on the Monday. Monday came, rang them up at 5 pm to be told car will not be ready until Thursday ( this was not communicated and i had to chase yet again). Went in Thursday at 4.30 car was there but nobody called to let me know. Can't complain about the work as looks good but not happy about the state it come back in. Absolutely dirty inside with foot prints in the passenger foot well, 70 miles driven, 1/3 of tank of petrol used and a phone hook up to Bluetooth. I cant prove it but i suspect my car was taken for a little joy ride. Either way the car should not have been returned to me like that. I did not bother showing the manager as when i expressed to him the lack of communication throughout the 9 weeks to get my front bumper resprayed he just shrugged. If it was not for me going to the general manager i highly doubt i would have got this sorted. There is zero customer service / after sales which this review just echos the previous ones. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
I would happily highly recommend Northampton Motors. Very friendly and efficient team, nothing being too much trouble. An excellent buying experience.
Very pleasant experience buying my new Car from this dealer, no problems at all ,everything in place for a simple handover many thanks
good service, no issues
Extremely happy with the service I received. Tina and the staff were brilliant and kept me informed at every step. It was fantastic to also see a video of my car being checked. I wholeheartedly recommend Bolton Motorpark.
Found a £4k Fiat 500 on their website and telephoned to check it was still available. Left home immediately and drove for an hour to the site in Preston. When we arrived, we walked to the car and were told that it had been sold the day before. This was a well-known fact in the showroom and we had clearly been brought to the site under false pretences. We expressed our disappointment but were pleased to be offered the possibility of a trade in that was being agreed that day. We understood that the deal for the other customer may fall through and if so we would not be able to buy the car. With that understanding, we paid £100 deposit. Unfortunately, the sale fell through and we have now been left pushing to get the deposit back that has now suddenly become a massive issue tied up in company policy that we didn't know existed. Clearly, at £4k we are at the bottom end of the scale of importance. All I want is my money back in a reasonable timescale without any deception or untruths!
Collection and delivery of my car for servicing all in good timings and service info delivered promptly. Highly recommended.
very good service and helpfull staff
Lovely staff, wonderful experience, very smooth service without any trouble. Will definitely recommend to others.

Nov 26,2019Recently bought a car from the dealership in Bury, When I test drove the car I heard a noise which didn't sound right and pointed it out to the salesman who said it was just something in the boot and said their cars get checked over before being put for sale. Upon picking this car up after purchase and driving it home this noise got louder so I contacted the dealership and eventually, after the service team suggesting I take it to the manufacturer directly, managed to get my car back into the garage the next day and given a courtesy car. Turns out a drop link needed changing which would have meant it would fail an MOT if the car needed one and therefore not safe to be on the road. Once it had been fixed and I drove it back home I emailed the salesman about potential compensation due to wasting my time as I needed to drive to and from the dealership several more times than I should have done and was allowed to drive the car away with a fault on it even though I told the salesman there was a noise which shouldn't be there and even though they had apparently checked over the car. I would not recommend going to this dealership if you don't know anything about cars as it appears the salesmen don't know much either so they wouldn't beable to answer your questions or will try to pass a knocking noise from the suspension off as being something in the boot! EDIT: I returned this car (BT68 AGO) as the screen kept going off. If anybody buying that car actually reads this make sure the screen is working properly before buying the car. Ensure it hasn't just been reset like mine was where there is a chance of it just going off again.
