Was not offered a courtesy car when I booked my car in for emergency repair. When I requested one upon drop off of car I was told rather rudely there weren't any and it was my fault for not asking when making my booking. I am now stuck and cannot get to work. This is terrible customer service...offer of a courtesy car should be standard with all reception bookings for cars, as it is when I have dealt with other car dealerships in the past. Customer should NEVER be blamed, especially not by a manager.
All the staff I encountered were friendly, professional and courteous. I wasn't pressured in any way and the buying experience was superb.
Oldham motors are at it again won't honour the service plan paid 300 pounds over the year and this bunch of clowns are saying because they have been took over not covered. So if you have a service plan cancel it, its not worth the paper it's written on. Let's see what the ombudsmen says about it Oldham fiat need a crash course on customer service

Very satisfied with the service that I received when buying my new car.Ellia was very helpful and approachable. She always returned my calls promptly and was pleasant and polite. She was knowledgeable about her job and answered all my queries.The other staff that I had brief interactions with were also pleasant. My only criticism would be that on one occasion I contacted yourselves I spoke to an agency worker and asked her to pass a message on to Ellia. I was informed that she did not get the message I left.
Great dealership, service dept always ready to assist when needed. I bought my V60 from them and have it regularly serviced there.

I took my Mazda CX7 to Motorpark, Bolton for diagnosis of a noise coming from the REAR of my car thinking they were the experts.... How wrong was I. They said they couldn't hear anything after a test drive..(a test drive in a smooth car park?!....proof on my Dashcam!!) but found a worn tracking arm at the FRONT…. £80 paid. I took the car somewhere else as Motorpark ignored my complaint emails and they diagnosed the REAR shock absorbers were the culprit. So I had them changed together with the front tracking arm…..the cars perfect now. I’ve since tried to get my £80 back as I feel that faulty shock absorbers is a fundamental car problem and should have need diagnosed at Bolton, but they won’t because I had the track arm done at the same time saying that that could have been the cause of the noise!!?.....err, the noise was coming from the rear!....ombudsman here I come

I had one car in mind and decided I didn’t like it but knew of another car and he went above and beyond to make sure I could get it at a great deal and ASAP! I went to Thanet from Ashford on the Friday chose the car paid deposit and picked it up the following Wednesday! Very very happy and will (and have) recommend to all!
