Worst garage I have ever purchased a car from. They sold me a Mercedes with a fault on, I had been told the fault had been fixed. They lied so I took it back to them, they didn’t know how to fix it and it went into Mercedes then they didn’t communicate with either me or Mercedes so my car has now been there over 11 days and every time I try to contact Motorparks it’s like getting blood out of a stone. They are just not bothered They also told me my car was safe to drive and Mercedes confirmed that is wasn’t, I could write a book on how bad this place is but keeping it short and sweet for this review. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy, will be going down a legal route for losses please please avoid!

Sold a car which had an oil leak, asked for car to be collected and investigated so we could get a full refund, car was repaired without our authorisation and now they’re being very difficult regarding refund and not responding. Would steer very clear of this company!

Dealt with Tony, Answered my questions, let me test drive and delivered what they said they would do without sales pressure. Would recommend highly and re visit them. Great service

Don’t buy anything from these people the cars they sell won’t last more than 12 months!!! Disgusting firm and should be shut down!! Avoid at all cost otherwise you will end up with bills and no car!!! 🤬😡 and lose your money! They take no responsibility at all for the crap they sell!!!

Funny place Motorparks Chelmsford- twice enquired by email after an advertised Focus to request confirmation of service history and number of previous owners. The response requested me to visit in person and discuss face to face with the sales person. No thanks- this basic info should have been in the Ad and made me feel it was something they wanted to hide.

I have just been dealing with Aimee Smith as the salesman I dealt with was away, she took my queries on board and came back very quickly with the answers to my problems in a calm and assured manner. Aimed is an asset to the company with her manner and carrying out what she promised in a very short time. Thank you.

I paid a reservation fee (which I was assured was refundable) on a car I was seriously thinking of buying. I gave myself a few days to think about it (to avoid making an emotional purchase) and in the end decided against it. I've been requesting a refund of the reservation fee for 3 weeks now. After countless emails and phone calls, and being told they'd suffered a cyber attack and their systems would be down for a week, it's reached a point of absurdity. I would have recommended this place if they had only refunded my reservation fee immediately, because that would have been professional service. But now I think they're a bunch of dishonest, greedy, unprofessional crooks. I will not consider buying a car from them and I will certainly not refer anybody to them. I would rate them 0 stars if I could. Addition: after physically going to the dealership today, I finally got my refund sorted out. This should not have been necessary.

Avoid the Preston Branch. I sent my Jeep for a diagnostic test as it kept breaking down. I dropped the car off first thing in the morning, they didn't call me all day with any update. I returned at the end of the day and they hadn't completed the diagnostic test. I had to wait. Nathan provided me with a basic report and spoke to me showing no interest at all. He constantly yawned in my face as he told me I had to pay £2000 for a new Multiair System and I could take a payment plan for the cost. I sought a second opinion with another garage who fixed the car at a fraction of the cost and it was not the Multiair system. It was a faulty wire. I'm currently trying to get a refund for this poor and incorrect service and their Service Manager Ashley was very rude to me. I will be seeking help from an Ombudsman but I recommend that you avoid this garage. How many other people have paid £2000 for a fault that was not accurate? I wish I had read more reviews before I used them as I can see that I am not alone in my review of Preston Motorparks.

We have just collected our car earlier today and have recieved outstanding service from start to finish. Patricia helped and guided us the whole way through and we are so grateful after having a bad experience else where only a few weeks ago. Nothing is too much and the show room is lovely and cool especially on a 33c sunny day like today! The hot and cold drinks bar was amazing. These guys do as much as is possible for you and for that we are so grateful. Thank you from us and our girls for everything. We will defiantly come back for any future car needs.

Motor park is a good company to me.I went there to get vehicle on finance and Liam got me one.Liam has been good to me by listening to my worries and attending to my request any time I called or visit the office.

We bought a used car from here. We have had problems with it in the last week. We purchased a warranty for the first year. Have tried phoning to get the problem sorted but no answer to phone calls for the last 60 hours. Answer phone messages left but no response. Not impressed with the customer service.

Arranged to drop by with my Renault Convertible car today whilst the Renault Technician was on site - re a roof problem. He tested it outside and found no problem, at least today but was most helpful explaining what it could be and also what it may need and what they could do to find the fault, should it happen in the future. Really helpful and informative. THANK YOU.

Avoid Preston Branch. My partner put a “refundable” deposit down on an Audi, I was dealt with by Bilal and Noah. Bilal informed me that we should put a £100 deposit down to reserve the car and this will take the car off the market. I was advised if we did not want to go ahead with the purchase the funds would be refunded within 48 hours. I was hesitant in doing this as I do not trust car salesman’s at the best of times, however my partner went ahead and put the deposit down. Nearly 2 weeks on and I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned after informing him I didn’t want to purchase the car from them due to seeing the same car being driven around the local area after reserving the car. After numerous attempts to get my refund back I keep being told “we have refunded you from our end” but to no avail. In a recent telephone call Bilal was also very aggressive and unprofessional. AVOID THIS COMPANY/ BRANCH AT ALL COSTS. BUY A CAR ELSEWHERE

We needed to change our car due to its age and we were advised by family to speak with Trish at Motorparks Canterbury. We had a couple of ideas regarding models/price ranges and Trish was superb at providing solid advise about these. Eventually we narrowed the make down to a Nissan Qashqai, which was perfect for our needs. After a short period, Trish managed to find a car that suited us and within budget, which was excellent. She sent us a detailed video of the car and we went to see it the following weekend. There were a few issues where the car required work/attention, which Trish promised to get resolved and based on this we paid a deposit. Within a couple of weeks, the car was ready for us to collect and on arrival at the show room we were staggered to see the car looking pretty much brand new, with all of the works completed to a very high standard, at no additional cost. My wife and I were highly impressed with the advise, service and professionalism of Motorparks and in particular Trish, who was outstanding. Very good advice from the family and I thoroughly recommend Motorparks and Trish, if your looking for a new or used car.

Wow!!! Do NOT buy a car from these guys!! I bought a car from the Bury branch. I got told the car came with 1 months warranty, the car was registered in March 22 so it was still under manufactures warranty as the warranty is for 3 years. They DID NOT tell me that I got told I can not sell you a car with no warranty, so they added a £499 warranty to my finance. As an extra bonus for them. Shocking customer service from the manager and as for sales don’t even go there. AVOID at all costs.

I left deposit for a car based on description it turned out it wasn’t fit for purpose, I complained and asked for a refund, they ignored me and tried to keep deposit county court claim ISSUED **AVOID THIS COMPANY**

I have received terrible customer service from Preston Motorparks throughout owning my jeep. The dealership sold me a car which had issues, it broke down and the dealership refused to accept the car back to fix it due to them having too many cars being fixed at the time. The car had to go to another garage in Cheshire where it stayed for 3 months getting fixed. Extremely bad customer service, I would not recommend buying a car from this company.

Appalling customer service from the service department , worst I have dealt with . My car was in the workshop in Jan , despite being under warranty I had to pay the full amount £1600 upfront before they would even order the part . Once the work was eventually completed they submitted the claim to the warranty company who have standard payments for parts and labour that the garage are aware of, so the amount the warranty company pay is £260 less than what they charged me . The warranty company inform me the garage are not allowed to do this when undertaking warranty work , and they must refund me the full amount I paid - they are basically trying to get extra money off me that are not entitled to . Extremely unhelpful / unknowledgeable staff , never able to answer my queries , I can't get to speak to a manager despite asking numerous times. I would never recommend this garage to anyone . Shocking service . 2 months and still no payment ....
