Nov 17,2018Brought a Jeep from Oldham Motors. It was far too expensive for our budget and we hadn't even seen the car until after we brought it. The salesman Sean didn't sell us the car and we didn't decide to buy it. But we came from there enthralled with what we got. I'm not sure how they do it, but they do it brilliantly. I think they are on to something: don't pressure the customer; present them with quality opportunities; do your very best to make sure everything is fantastic. It is a winning formula. Highly recommend them, 10/10 in every department. Give them a try, I promise you they will be the first place we look at for a new car and it will probably be the only place we look. Sep 18,2018Really well looked after by Emre and Adrian at Invicta Thanet. The price, the handover of car, the finance explanation. Emails , calls, all answered promptly and professionally. I was a bit sceptical about buying a car having never actually seen it in the flesh. But I was that confident from my lengthily discussions with Emre and Adrian all would be fine and as described, and in hindsight there was nothing to worry about. Would highly recommend.

Jul 30,2018Staff are very friendly and courteous, they listen to what you have to say. My husband and I have brought 2 cars from Doves Volvo of Croydon both times the salesman were not pushy, just very helpful. They managed to get the car we wanted at the price we could afford each month. Any work carried out is always good, and the car is cleaned by the time you pick it up. Plus they always have a car for us to use while they have ours. We will continue to use this company, thank-you.

Jun 30,2018Jason was an excellent executive....he talked us through all the options and we made the correct decision..so much so that when we saw our new car both of us were blown away. He kept us informed when he said he would......I just hope he goes to another Alfa dealership as we love your cars but really value a good sales experience which we experienced.Shame you are no longer an Alfa dealership

Jun 15,2018I highly recommend Pure Triumph. I have always used Pure Triumph for the servicing, repairs and purchasing of my motorbikes. I find the team friendly, helpful and efficient and in all the years I have dealt with them have never had an issue with them.

May 04,2018Looking for a Honda Civic I got in touch with various Honda dealers, and the salesman I spoke to at the Maidstone dealer was extremely helpful. Always smiling and there for me even on his day off, Faisal did everything in his power to deal with my request, sometimes helped by his colleague Brian. Together they found me exactly the car I was looking for. Once we had agreed on the price, the car was ready as discussed. Although I did not accept to buy any of the care packages, Faisal never showed any discontent. I would recommend this Honda dealer to anyone looking for both great service and honesty.

Apr 21,2018I always receive an excellent service from Doves Vauxhall Southampton. Recently, one of my car warning lights came on so I phoned Doves. They suggested I take the car into the garage. They dealt with the problem straight away and I enjoyed a hot chocolate in the showroom while I waited for the repair to be completed! Would highly recommend them.

Apr 11,2018Comment: Mike sold me the Anniversario edition. I initially went in to ask for advice on which model to buy. However, nothing was too much trouble for Mike and he took the time to help me make an informed decision. Mike was professional and it was a pleasant change not talking to a pushy salesperson. I can't recommend Mike highly enough. In fact, all staff were friendly and warm. Jason was a nice guy and there was a lovely lady there who asked me what name I was going to call the car! Awesome 🤗

Mar 10,2018I have been to Doves Volvo at Blackburn Motorpark for the last few years now and have always been happy with the team there, especially Carl Mara, who has been happy to help me out and going the extra mile to help source cars for me over the years. Very happy with the latest service there too. My car was cleaned very well and very happy with the video check I was emailed telling me about the tyres, brakes and suspension etc. Very helpful staff all round at Volvo. Would recommend most highly.

Nov 29,2018My car was booked in for a minor repair at Bolton Motorpark. I dropped it off at approx 9.10am for collection at 3.30pm. On arrival for collection I was told the repair was underway , after having been informed in the morning that it would be ready. !! I was asked to wait 30 minutes, and an hour later I approaced the desk to see if it was ready. It was, and was brought to me outside. The inside smelled heavily of oil, which I assumed to be be the technician had moved the car without covering the seat to protect it, and the mirror was full of soiled fingermarks, which in my opinion should have been cleaned. !! Not the kind of service I was expecting.
