This company is not trust be careful is Fraud and exploitation I bought car from them is not safe
I tried to buy an Abarth 595 from Bolton Motorpark; I dithered and the car I wanted was sold...my fault. I rang them again and made an appointment to see Barry. I turned up, Barry was very courteous but a bit vague about what was available new and used. He showed me a couple of cars but he had a previously booked appointment so he was under a bit of pressure. He pointed to a new unregistered red Abarth saying it was a lot of car for the money, £17,795.....which it was. I said I wasn't sure and we agreed that Barry would do a search and come back. Anyway, later that day I thought, you know what, the red Abarth was a lot of car, so I emailed Barry asking him to confirm the price of the vehicle which he said he would do. 24 hours later, as I'd heard nothing, I emailed him again ( that was yesterday tea time ). I got an email back saying...." Hi Jeff sorry for delay the new Abarth in red the offer you have seen on line is a deal on finance with £3000.00 deposit and dealer support so takes the list price down to that, the list price on the Abarth is £23,490.00 for a cash deal it would be £21,000.00. I rang Barry saying I was confused as he said it was £17,795 when we met and the website still says £17,795 with absolutely no reference to finance, deposits or anything. I said that sound like misrepresentation and he said yeah it does doesn't it. I left it at that...later I decided to ring Preston Motorpark enquiring about the same vehicle. Got a return call from Lyndon which sound pretty straight forward; he said the vehicle was £17,795 and I said OK, I'll take it but could he confirm the price and I'd pay a deposit. He went away and came back a few moment later saying the car was actually £19,995. I asked why and he said more or less that same as Barry. I said I didn't really understand as other vehicle appeared to be sold for the price on the website. Lyndon apologised but said that was the way it was, to which I said it sounded like an issue trading standards should look at. He said he might be able to do a deal on finance to bring the price down...at least that's what I thought he was saying. I asked he could hold the car overnight we speak tomorrow morning ( that's now ) to put down a deposit. he took down all my details and he said he'd call me....not had a call as yet. To be honest, as much I would like the car, I'm not going to buy from them. I understand that the car game is complicated ( rather, it's made complicated ) but it's the 21st century and these guys are behaving like double glazing salesmen ( or used car salesmen...I know, mixing my metaphors ). Given that the car game is pretty much on it's knees ( although Barry said they cant get enough cars to sell ) I would have thought being straightforward and selling a car without having to work too hard would be quite attractive, as would a bit of honesty....to be fair, Lyndon appeared straightforward. I suppose they all revert to type don't they.
In these difficult times the team gave the best possible service they could under the circumstances and I would recommend them to anyone. MarkW
I arrived back in the UK in 1991 and the very first car I bought new was a Mazda 323F and although Mazda don't make them anymore it will always be my most favourite model. I now drive a Mazda 2 and love this car very much, it suits me fine and the staff at Northampton Motors have never let me down. Purchasing my vehicle was simple as it always is and the service plan is amazing. I am in my 60's so the memory isn't as good as it used to be and the fact that I get texts to remind me when services or MOT's are due is extremely helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thankyou.
Have just purchased new Mazda CX30 and Mazda 2 Sport. Both excellent value cars. Have owned several Mazda's in the past and found them to be very reliable vehicles. Sales rep was very helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend these cars.
Brill service
Very good and professional service! Keith Gordon was very friendly person. My new Mokka X was handed over to me the same day. All process was very smooth. Very nice!
Booked in for an MOT. Very efficient service from booking to completion. Keeping us informed about work that needed doing.
Comment: This is my 3rd car from County Motor Works Vauxhall in Chelmsford and have to say Brady Benson had the knowledge to convert a car purchase in a great experience, everything was well explained, simple to understand, he has diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect.Highly recommend going to Brady. Thanks
We took our Autotrail in to Preston Motor Park due to a manufacture recall. We were very impressed that they could give us a timed appointment within a few days. They told us they needed it for an hour and their time keeping was excellent - it was ready for collection early. Would recommend Preston Motor Park.
A Painless experience in purchasing a new car, felt effortless, and was steered in the right direction, not spending to much money on the Vehicle I wanted, Would recommend highly
I had a service here in December 5 days later drove to Spain while there I found the engine oil leaking from the sump plug I manage to drive to a ford dealer and they made good the repair. on return to the UK I made contact with the service manager at Invicta motors Ashford I was asked to email my claim but no response back tried phoning with a promise of a ring back again no response. I guess we only know how good theses companies are when you have a problem cause by them.up to now I have had no apology or explanation that's our they treat a customer of ten years my advice is if you do use them check for oil leaks
DESERVES ZERO STARS BUT WONT ALLOW After various conversations with a so called sales person at Oldham Motors we arranged a visit so my wife could test drive a vehicle with the possibility of purchasing. We arrive at Oldham Motors on Saturday morning as per our agreement to be greeted by another sales person not the one that we had the appointment with, when we told him that we had an appointment to view a vehicle with another sales person he look at us and asked us to wait a minute while he spoke to the manager, about 30 seconds later he came back to us to then inform us that the vehicle had already been sold.😠😠😠😠
All your staff were friendly and helpful your Motability Expert was friendly, helpful and also very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained and I will definitely get my next Motability vehicle from Motorparks in the future.
Good experience. Found me the right car at the right price quickly.
"Traded in a nice car and drove out with a great car. Excellent service from Brian. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a quality vehicle."
Poor Customer Services - Watch excessive charges: (2nd Issue) My brothers car developed a fault after being serviced at Dees Ford Croydon. Car was originally purchased from Dees. It is alleged that a mechanic caused the problem during recent servicing by breaking a part under the bonnet, but refused to accept liability. No good will gesture was offered to resolve a simple fix 'broken wire to air box'. They charged £150 to carry out investigation and fix, when the problem was pointed out to them during initial observation. The job probably took them 10 minutes to resolve. They were very patronising. Customer loyalty is now lost and will take my future business elsewhere.
