Peter Lamb was exceptional in his approach to my needs and the overall service and the customer experience was delightful. The XC60 R Design D5 AWD is fantastic to drive, extremely comfortable and a quality vehicle throughout.... plus all the usual Volvo safety features making it one of the safest cars on the road. Such amazing customer service this company really does have the customer at their fore front of their mind ! I could honestly not fault them in anyway I have had a vauxhall for 5 years and any problems I have had they have always sorted it out within a week even buying brand new from them was as easy and straight forward as anything. Highly recommend them.
Looking for Mazda CX3 and website showed 23 after narrowing search to model i wanted.When i looked they were showing same vehicle 8 or more times.Same reg mileage price etc. If that's how they run a website god knows about sales and after service.
I purchased a new Mazda 3 from Northhampton motors. This was a 5* review due to a positive experience of actually buying a new car. I am, however, revising my review due to the poor after sales service I've received. Examples include: people not getting back to me about critical items (finance arrangements) and being charged a higher APR than was originally discussed. Disappointing.

I usually find that looking for a new car is a chore, borne out of necessity, rather than something I enjoy. I recently visited the Doves Volvo dealership in Preston & was dealt with by Hayley and her Manager Peter. First impressions count, and for the first time in a long while I was able to test drive the car of my choice (rather than having to wait a month for one to be found) I didn't feel under any pressure at all & the questions they asked really helped me to make informed decisions - rather than feeling they were just data gathering. My visit was prompted by their website, which makes their stock look very appealing indeed - it was easy to find my way around & told me exactly what I needed to know & then some. The whole experience has been a pleasure from start to finish - I collect my new Volvo V40 Cross Country next week & have no reason to believe that the after-sales service won't be just as good as the buying experience. Thanks for turning a chore into a pleasure!

After searching through a great selection of cars I came across my desired new car. I filled in the easy and quick enquiry form and was very impressed to have recieved a call only a couple of minutes after submitting my details. Having now spoken with a Sales Executive I am very much looking forward to my test drive on Saturday.

After recently being asked by the RAC to review a dealership where I purchased a vehicle over three years ago, it revived horrendous memories of my experience at MAIDSTONE HONDA & MAZDA. From what I've read of recent reviews, nothing has changed. I am not going into the in and outs of what went on, it would take forever, but honestly you should avoid not only this dealer, but anything to do with MOTORPARKS. I've had 70 years of life, and can honestly say that it was the worst buying experience of anything I have ever purchased. Their own site reviews do not have the many disgruntled customer reviews on it . Look at other review sites for a truer picture. BUYER BEWARE !!!!
I bought a 7 month old car from Dees and received unbelievable bad service. It was only on the 5th promised time I managed to get the car. Also when enquiringly about a new car the salesman was completely disinterested.

From start to finish the service my wife and I received was second to none. We dealt with a great guy called Chris O'Tool from sales. His expertise of test drive and doing all of the necessary paper work for sale of new vehicle was second to none. He also advised me on all the controlls on new vehicle and ensured I knew what was what. I would without doubt return if and when purchasing a new vehicle and recommend this dealers to anyone who was looking into purchasing a new vehicle. We left with a BIG smile on our faces knowing we was more then happy with new car and the way the hole experience of sale went. ☆☆☆☆☆
