I recently went to the Preston Motorpark showroom and had an amazing time. The staff went above and above to help me select the ideal car for my needs. They were really knowledgable and helpful. Especially Shahnaz who dealt with me personally. The showroom's range of vehicles was equally really amazing. I had no trouble locating anything that suited my needs and budget because they offered a large variety of models, colours, and features. But what truly impressed me was how accommodating and patient Shahnaz was. She took the time to show me many possibilities, explain the various features and benefits of each one, and carefully listened to what I was looking for in a car. It was well worth the trip thanks to Shahnaz’s excellent assistance and simplicity during the entire process. Thank you very much to everyone at Preston Motorpark.

Their technician informed me that my software update should be done by the Ford dealership as it was so difficult. But the salesman wanted to “give it a try”. Asked three times for the Area manager’s contact details, to be ignored. Out of its 3 month warranty now. But would not recommend them.

I have recently had an MOT and serive carried out on a car and also purchased another car. Both experiences were excellent. I was kept up to date on work that my car needed and sent a video that I could understand showing the underneath of the car. When purchasing another car Liam was excellent, explaining and giving me time to decide what I wanted. I'm sure he went above and beyond his remit, couldn't have been more understanding and thoughtful. An excellent salesperson but not pushy. Many thanks to the sales team and the service team.

salesman lied stating all work would be carried out but they refused to do repairs, they took £500 deposit and confirmed repairs would be carried out, foul smelling sulphur smell (catalytic converter fault) loud hydraulic lifter noise, air conditioning not working, timing chain to be replaced, non of which was repaired, we cancelled on this basis assuming deposit would be refunded, they have refused to refund my young son who has saved for his favourite car, absolute disgrace. We are now pursuing a claim through the small claims court, avoid these thieves at all costs.

Avoid the Preston branch of this company, worst service I’ve ever received. On the way out the door after a recent repair the customer service manager told me “That won’t last, you’ll be back” You couldn’t make it up, honestly contempt is an understatement with these guys, go to a company who values customers, trust me avoid them at all costs.

travelled a 300 mile round trip to look at a car that was just under 3 years old and 28000 mile on the clock and it looked like a car that was 10 years old scuffed/damaged passenger seat base , inside of boot lid was badly damage and general interior was not good the valet done on the car was average. but the more annoying bit and the reason for the one star was they carried out a hard search on my credit report 5 days before i had even the seen the car. asked to get the search removed and no replies to emails. i would say avoid . they knew i was travelling to view the car then only mentioned when i was there that the car was ex mobility and there had been a wheel chair banging around in the back. buyer beware.

Motorparks Warrington ,I've just bought a severely damaged and then repaired car from them, the chassis number is now absent ,no longer there after repair ,I have rejected the car and await the outcome none of its dodgy past was disclosed at point of purchase ,I certainly would not buy a seriously damaged vehicle to carry my grandchildren in ,to have this level of damage requiring the inner chassis being replaced is most concerning ,I am a 71 yr old pensioner ,and feel gutted ,I trusted these people ,I asked a question , would you buy a car from me that had been severely damaged and repaired with no chassis number ,,,answer was no .,I await a refund less the 2000 miles I've done in 2 months ,be wary ,have an aa inspection before you purchase a car from any dealer ,I cannot say for certain what has happened here ,it may well have been stolen ,or a total wreck repaired ,cars can slip through the hpi register apparently ,Mr devine update I'm now being runaround in circles ,have instructed trading standards.they have given me a case number ,but I have to give these people a certain amount of time to come up with a conclusion ,it's quite frustrating when it's so obvious what has happened ,this vehicle has a dodgy past ,and quite possibly an un recored write off ,,and people wonder why car dealers get bad press ,this matter should be dealt with promptly ,it just causes anxiety and stress, update again ,as expected this car dealer is doing everything to avoid the rejection of this wrecked repaired car ,using deceit and untruths,,telling me chassis number according to 2 seat dealership is only on stickers ,I've been to a main dealer myself and photographed the stamped on number in the engine compartment ,on 2 cars ,and Forwarded them to them by hand and email ,.they appear not to accept that chassis numbers are stamped into the steel structure of the shell itself ,I've shown them this is true , they are now treating me as a naive idiot , which I take exception to ,same old story once they have your money , they are trying to make it as difficult as possible ,we'll they have picked the wrong person here ,,ps it is not possible to give less than 1 star ion here .I certainly would not give them even one star

Preston Motor Park Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat I bought my car second hand from PMP just before Christmas. There were a couple of issues with the vehicle but as I dug deeper, things got a lot worse. They are evasive, economical with the truth, didn't check the car properly, say one thing and do (or not) another, damaged the car when it's being worked on and then denied all responsibility. I was moving to take thing further when I was contacted by Adam, the new manager to resolve the situation. To give credit, he has now resolved the remaining issues and put right the damage. What a difference a new manager can make. All I can hope is that the positive changes continue and that their reputation can start to slowly improve. I've updated my rating to reflect the recent improvement.

I can not praise Oldham Motors enough when it comes to the maintenance of my Fiat500x, but this time they excelled themselves. I booked my vehicle in for a brake reline as I thought that it would need it because of the mileage. However they called me when they had inspected the vehicle to report that it did not need it as there was still a lot of 'meat' on the pads, now this to me was honesty and I value that greatly with people who carry out services for me whatever they are. There where some other job that I had requested they do which were carried out to their usual high standard.

Try not misleading potential customers on your Web site and have the decency to call them back. They can't be bothered with you so don't bother them.customer service totally absent

I bought my from motorparks Warrington and I traveled 500 miles to get it and now I've been let down by them, ignoring my email and calls regarding problems.. and maybe it's because I'm from N-Ireland and it's up yours paddy, so if you're thinking of traveling a distance to this dealership just go elsewhere

I purchased a vw polo from Motorparks Northampton. Due to the dealer being 190 miles away from Manchester I wanted the vehicle delivered which first the sales manager Anand refused. I then called Warrington branch and the manager there dealt with the delivery, which Anand from Northampton didn't like. I then had to travel to Warrington as the sales person Jake drove the vehicle to Warrington which was closer to me. After having a drive in the vehicle I realised the steering wheel shaking whilst driving and the vehicle going to the left so asked Jake why it was shaking and was told 'it has just been balanced and tracking was done so it will take time to blend in'... So I thought this is a new thing blending in so didn't mind. After purchasing the vehicle I had it for a week but the blending in took time and the steering wheel was shaking bad. So I called Dave the general manager at Northampton branch and he told me that the vehicle has 1 yr warranty so please take it to any local branch and they will sort it out. I then called the Oldham branch and booked the vehicle in after a week later I took it to Oldham Motorpark and left the vehicle there for them to fix. Late in the afternoon I got a call from Oldham branch saying the vehicle is all sorted. Next day I went to pick the vehicle and drove back to Manchester but the shaking was still happening so I called Northampton again and was told to take it to any tyre fitters for them to check. Next day I took it to a tyre place and there they took the front tyres off and guess what, they found the front passenger inner side wheel bold with a tear and a bulge which was causing the shaking on the steering wheel so it wasn't the balancing blending in. Was also told by the tyre fitter that if you drove over 50mph it had a chance of popping so this was very very dangerous. I then called Northampton branch and told them that I had to get a new tyre fitted and I was absolutely shocked that neither Northampton or Oldham mechanics sorted this tyre issue or saw the inner side bold with a bulge. I then asked to return the vehicle to Anand and he was not happy at all although I was in my legal rights and in the timeframe of returning. I then on the 22/10/22 returned the vehicle back to Oldham branch and their the sales person clearly told me the left side of the vehicle has been in a collision before and has been. repaired and sprayed. Now the thing is how could a dealer sell a vehicle which has been in a collision before and how the blimming hell can the mechanics not see the issue with the shaking of the steering wheel and going to the left whilst driving. They clearly did not want to spend any money on the vehicle apart from just sell the vehicle for a good profit thinking that who ever buys the vehicle will not realise the problems. They clearly put a family at risk of killing there selfs which they did not care. My advice is stay away from Motorparks branch as they will sell to you and you will waste your money and may be waste a life if anything seriously happened.

Preston motor park, I've used them many time's, and had all my Alfas serviced there plus MOTed. But never again, took the wife's Gulia in for it's first MOT, two new rear tyres and 3rd service. Dropped the car off at 8.30am, 9 and half hrs later and £811 out of pocket the car is ready and what a mess it was. First off both rear wheels have been damaged on the rim edges where they've used the tyre level, the wheels where also covered in greasy finger marks also absolutely covered in tyre soap, and the tyre pressure monitors are all to cock. The bash cam had be unplugged as to who knows why, but all the files that where on there have been lost. The car it self hadn't been clean, which be honest isn't a bad thing. But the piece da la resistance is that the car according the the MOT certificate has covered 108000 miles ???!!!! Humm actual mileage 18000 miles, and we where told that VOSA were in doing an inspection that very same day aswell ??!!! Needles to say I will not be taking our car there ever again.

Have to say I put off contacting jeep initially as I just saw the £ signs straight away. Thankfully this wasn’t the case. I was offered a prompt appointment by courteous staff, and the work was completed at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them in future
