Sep 27,2022I am happy with the service provided by Movega. I've moved from Paris to London. The packing and loading were done by very professional people. My delivery was done the following day in Paris. Nothing was broken or lost. The entire team is very polite and helpful, calling regularly to ensure everything is going smoothly. Note that the custom part is to be well anticipated, notably the detailed inventory prior to the packing and loading. Also, the custom paperwork needs to be done in advance and printed for the driver(s).

Sep 15,2022Excellent service and would certainly recommend Movega. Upon payment of a small deposit (refundable if plans change) you receive a process check list and if required links on how you can apply for the appropriate customs documents, note, for returning to the UK you need to allow upto 3-4 weeks for the customs TOR1 approval although mine took 10 days. 50% payment 2 weeks before collection, balance on delivery seemed very reasonable. Philip, our Movega contact, answered all our questions promptly and was at hand at all times. Movega confirmed the van and driver details the day before collection. On the day, our pick-up driver Dobromir was great, spoke good English, loaded the van and with 5 of us the door was sealed and he was on his way in an just over an hour...The GPS tracking on the van enabled us to follow our belongings snake across Europe and on the 5th morning (4/5 days was expected) they arrived safely. Equally our delivery driver, Svilen (on our long trip from Greece to UK they swtched drivers in Bulgaria) was very good and unload the van with us. Overall, we found the service very professional, timely with excellent drivers. The price was very competitive and our move of nearly 4,000km went without a hitch thanks to all.

Aug 23,2022I am so thankful to Movega for making my move so easy and relatively stress-free, all for a much smaller fee than I was quoted by all other companies. I was moving from Wales to South-East France and getting quotes about 50% higher than what I ended up paying, for a "part-move" where my belongings could take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. When I finally came upon Movega, I was given a much lower quote for an entire Luton lorry driven from one door to the other in 48 hours, they very quickly and thoroughly answered all my questions and the move itself went off without a hitch. I packed my belongings myself and was required to help with loading and unloading. The lorry driver was lovely and super helpful and all my belongings made it through safely. And as an added bonus, I only paid 50% of the fee 2 weeks in advance of the move with the remaining 50% at time of delivery, whereas a lot of other companies required full payment upfront.

Aug 15,2022Very pleasant experience. Cross-country relocation is never easy but I'm glad I chose Movega as it made everything as smooth as possible. The communication was quick and easy, always got a response within 24h. Step by step portal listed all required documents etc. several days before the collection date I received copies of custom forms. The day before collection I received details of the drivers, and Movega called me to confirm the time and address. On the day of collection and delivery, the drivers were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. They arrived on time, both on collection and delivery. Would highly recommend.

Right from the start to the final delivery in Western Finland the Movega team(s) (special thanks to the customs team and the transport teams) were professional in every way - contacting me by phone & email at every step and holding my hand through the inventory & customs forms. You will not find a more competent & efficient moving company - and not to forget incredible value for money, I was expecting to pay 2x as much (or even 3x) for a move of 2,500 km. Aug 11,2022I moved our small apartment stuff across countries with Movega in a day. They were suggested to me by another friend who used them. The sales service was impeccable and they had all the answers and clear solutions for what I thought was a big task. They also provided with the customs forms to fill in. On the day the mover did not speak English but we communicated well with Google translate and I got support calls from the Movega team all day. The loading, transport and unloading was efficient and careful - everything made it intact. All this plus a reasonable price makes it a definite recommendation.

And, I can say, like the other reviews, that I will use their service again should I move anywhere in Europe. Very professional : calls, emails, reminder emails about paperwork, excellent price for 5 stars service!!!! Dedicated drivers from start to finish! Personal phone call from area manager to make sure that service was delivered on time and that job was done in perfection! Well Impressed hence the review! Will Shout it out at any opportunities because it took so much stress out!!!! Thank you Movega!!!

Aug 09,2022Communication was very good and frequent with the salesperson but got slower as the process moved forward (after signing the contract). However, it was very good to get updates along the process of pick-up and delivery. They kept in touch and checked in every step of the way until the truck was unloaded. The driver was a bit inexperienced but had really good attitude and got it all done. Some delays on pick-up but delivery was earlier than expected and on the day it was offered. Very good experience overall.

It was all very smooth from the beginning. Our driver was great, extremely punctual and helpful, very friendly. I had quoted from a number of companies for my move from UK to France, and the price is very competitive. The reason why I did not put 5 starts is because I felt under a lot of pressure and had to argue that I was not exceeding the weight.

Aug 03,2022Booked Movega for 1 man and van to take belongings from Valencia to UK. I assisted with loading/unloading. Price was reasonable. Michal, the driver, arrived promptly in Valencia at 10am on the Tuesday. He suggested arrival time in London would be about 10 am on the Thursday. He was there for 9.30.. brilliant. Company answered all my questions quickly, gave appropriate and helpful advice. I phoned the UK number Thursday morning to check time of arrival and given accurate time. The only negative was my sofa had dust/dirt on it but it was the only item I hadn't covered so that was up to me. The other sofa I'd covered was fine. Glasses and glass table and large mirrors all intact, no breakages. Everything in the van arrived exactly as packed. I imagine some people might want their items placed differently in the van, the items I was really concerned about, Michal took care to place appropriately, even reminded me, on arrival in London of my box of essentials I wanted 1st and setting them aside. So, overall, very good service, super professional office staff and incredibly punctual driver who worked very hard and quickly during 40C in Valencia.

Sep 27,2022I recently moved from Manchester, UK to north France. I've been living in France from many years and moved my house belongings from a storage site. I hadn't seen most of the items for a long time so spent three weekends preparing boxes and an inventory, including a piano. I guessed the weight and value and Philip helped estimate the vehicles needed based on the weight. I prepared the paperwork 2 weeks in advance with the initial payment, with dossiers for each of the drivers. I flew to UK the day before the pick-up. On the day the drivers were early to the lock-up and quickly loaded the vans. We completed the documents. No need for them to weigh the vans based on wheel compression. I flew back to France in the afternoon and met the drivers at my house the next morning. They had taken the first ferry from Dover / Calais. They confirmed the rest of the fees were paid and we all unloaded with help from some friends. Overall, the office team were available and helpful, the drivers were friendly and competant and the price was lower than other companies. Absolutely recommended.
