Our items arrived within 2 days which is impressive and even more so because of industrial strike action in the UK. Our main contact, Boris, is great and we are grateful for his support in particular in the lead-up to the pick-up. Every interaction via email and phone was very friendly, helpful and his responses were always swift and professional. It was so good that I was suspicious so I checked out the company as best I could and decided to take a risk which as it turned out was no risk at all. I was moved from Cambridgeshire UK to the Vienne area of France. Pavel, who is constantly calm and considerate oversaw my move which went very smoothly. Pawel the driver was polite and friendly, we loaded and unloaded together in what seemed to me record time - which due to his unwavering focus and strength was likely very normal for him 😊. Experienced movers, all aspects covered, ultra reliable, honest and economical, yes I recommend Movega highly.

Jan 18,2023Amazing service from every aspect! Had to bring all our household from two storage units in theUnited Kingdom to our new apartment in The Netherlands. They were communicating with us non stop throughout the whole process. They arranged the loading in UK perfectly and the next day in the morning our things were here. So fast, nothing broken or damaged and at a very low cost. I had quotes from other companies of €4000-€7000. They did everything for €2000.

Drivers might seem a bit grumpy at first (after a whole day of driving can't blame them) but as long as you're friendly - they are as friendly and very helpful. Was using them twice on intercity moves and can't say anything but good things for both interactions.

Our driver was very helpfull and lovely, only hickup was that he spoke no english that made things a little difficult in communication, and the company did not provide a trolly so i bought a small one ahead, it would have been very difficult without that. All together very positive experience, i would use this company again.

Dec 12,2022Great service, polite, professional team who made the whole experience of moving fron the UK to the Netherlands an easy one. Philip initially kept in contact with me at the start, then I spoke with Vince from Customs and later Pawel kept me updated on when the driver was due to arrive, both when collecting my items and delivering them to my new address. The driver Radoslav was friendly and professional, despite having an incident and dropping one of my boxes, a few items got broken, he immediately reported it so I could receive payment for damages. I've sent images through to the team and they are currently reviewing my claim. I still have given a 5 star review as accidents do happen, its all about how the company deals with it, then there is a happy outcome for everyone.

Dec 06,2022The truck arrives on time. The driver helps out in placing the stuffs inside the truck. The driver is supposed to deliver next morning. However, the truck broke down in the middle of Germany. He has no choice but to deliver the stuff. Movega covered the cost due to the delay. The overall experience is efficient and professional. It cost much less to use Movega than other professional movers.

Pavel in particular was so very helpful with the paperwork needing to be completed, and guided us through the process. We had to pack up ourselves and helped to load and unload but that was not a problem for us, and meant that the price quoted was VERY competitive. The drivers were also excellent.
