Highly recommend. Our delivery driver was also great , nothing too much trouble and they all went the extra mile. Aug 05,2020Such a brilliant experience with Movega! After a terrible experience with a previous removals firm, Movega saved my parents' move to France. From the initial quote to the final move, Michael communicated regularly and clearly. He phoned us to check when the van arrived, and then to check that it had all happened ok, at this was on the weekend! Superb professional and friendly service. The delivery driver was strong and super efficient and helped us out a lot. They were also extremely cost-effective and gave the best quote we found. However, low price should not be the reason you choose them - the communication and level of service is worth a lot lot more! I recommended them to my friend who is also moving as I felt so confident that they could help. Thank you Michael and team, you guys are amazing!

Aug 03,2020Movega worked great for my move from the UK to Italy. They were super helpful and flexible (especially as I was booking very last minute) and always answered my questions in a heartbeat. Reading other reviews I had a slight worry about a potential language barrier with the driver, but they both spoke English and we had no problems whatsoever. All my items arrived in perfect shape after only 4 days, and both pick-up and delivery were totally smooth.

I did hesitate about a firm based in Bulgaria but our coordinator Michael was always available and helpful and spoke fluent English. The driver arrived on time and worked hard to help us load up. He arrived in Spain early and was helpful about how to get around the problem of narrow streets. An excellent service at an unbeatable price. I can recommend Movega without reservations.

The only thing that was a bit of a struggle was that the driver didn’t speak English, however that was also sorted out by the team. I can really recommend Movega. Jul 14,2020Michael was our main contact and it is with him we did all the discussions. He was extremely helpful and cooperative. We did need a lot of assistance and he rose to our help each time. His replies were very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. The driver, Artur, arrived bang on time. Although we helped load, he did most of the work and secured the load extremely well. His arrival in Spain 2 days later, again, was exactly on the time given. The packages were unloaded with not a bit of damage. May 16,2020Relocation from UK to Switzerland. -Communication prior to the move - polite contact, checking back whilst I was still choosing the service, provision of clear quote and explanation of what does need to happen. -Were able to find the Luton size van on Thursday for the Tuesday next week move. -Van provided was sub-contracted, driver did not speak English, however communication did not suffer in terms of timing and efficiency. All topics were communicated and fed back either within 5-10 minutes time (if straightforward), or within reasonable time should this be more complex. -Work by the driver was excellent - he was knowledgeable in his job, helped with loading and unloading, did care for the items if those were his own. -There were delays at the French-Swiss border due to mine missing signature on the document, all required steps were communicated. Moreover, different options were discussion with pros and cons of each one. Overall am happy with the service. I am kind of person who wanted to know all details (if not in most of control of the process), rather than just a customer-receiver. Would recommend it!

Apr 16,2020I had to urgently arrange my relocation, and Movega Removals was the only company that was willing to make it happen. Everybody else advised me that it can not be done. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, but i gained confidence through the entire process, as I was constantly approached by them. At the end my move happened in very short time, and it was executed above my expectations. These guys know what are they doing.

The only minor issue that i had was with the driver being a bit late on the delivery, though Movega Removals notified me on time about this delay, and I have managed to reschedule the people helping me.

I was left speechless when Movega Removals embraced the challenge. I was in constant contact with my moving manager, and received instructions how would the move going to happen and what would the organization look like. I was a bit worried, though once the vehicles showed up, and everything started happening exactly as per plan. We were moving to Switzerland and Michael helped us make sure we had all the necessary documentation for customs checks. The driver was very helpful, loading everything with care - everything arrived in perfect condition. There was a small issue crossing the border which meant there was a slight delay in getting our things but Michael sorted it out immediately so it wasn't a real problem. We would definitely recommend Movega removals and would certainly use again!
