Apr 12,2020As I`m an older person and not able to move any boxes myself, I have asked Movega Removals to organize additional helpers for me on the collection and delivery. They were very professional, and provided me with 10% discount as I have booked not one but three people on each location. Helpers arrived on time, and prepared everything to be loaded into the vans. Once the vans arrived they were loaded in about 1 hour. On the delivery, the team was different, though it was just as efficient, and they have unloaded everything once again for 1 hour. No damages, no crack or scratches on the items. Great service, In case I need to relocated I would not hesitate to contact Movega Removals again

Apr 12,2020I`m a very busy man, and contacted Movega Removals, as I wanted to get a full service at affordable price, they provided such price, and all they asked from me was to provide access to their teams. I was quite surprised by the work they have done on the collection and delivery as I did not have to lay a single hand on any box, they have completed everything, and loaded the van with the driver. Driver arrived at the time I was given, and everything happen very fast.

There was only one small problem, the lift was a bit late, though this did not create a lot of problem for us, as we reserved the parking spot for them. Move went ahead and everything was great.

Apr 03,2020Movega Removals contacted me lightning fast after I have submitted the form on their website, I was surprised mainly by the price as it was one of the best on the market. I was a bit skeptical, but decided to give them a chance, and I have proceed with the offer. There was a bit of problems on the delivery address, but nothing that was not able to be fixed. We were not available to be present at the time of delivery, therefore our belongings were not able to be unloaded. Movega Removals was patient with us, and did not charged us additional even though we were not there. We decided to tip the driver for his patience, and everything at the end worked very well.

Apr 03,2020We moved with Movega Removals about one month ago, I have to say that I was amazed with the way the communication was handled, the way our agent approached us, and how he answered all our questions. What made us pull the trigger was the price, the attitude of the agent, and last but not least the flexibility of the company in regards to our collection and delivery days. When the moving day came everything went as per plan, driver was a bit hard to communicate with, though this was resolved very quickly by the agent. The delivery was a bit delayed, but this was not a problem for us. We understand that the COVID-19 situation is hard to get by and that delays may happen. I would definitely recommend them.

Apr 13,2020I hired a company that I did not see, to complete a relocation of my office furniture's, and honestly I was a bit scared at the beginning, though right after they called to double check the inventory list I have provided and the address for delivery, I have understood that I`m working with professionals. They managed to avoid a big delay and also additional charges, by finding that the delivery address was wrong, and by also pointing out that some of the furniture`s look like solid wood (yes they want pictures for better estimation), which had actually increased the overall weight. In a normal circumstance I would think that the company is trying to sell me more expensive service, though they have offered me two choices. One was to proceed as we are, and try to find a second vehicle the same day as the loading, and second one was to simply book two vehicles right from the beginning and be done with it. I choose the second option, and I`m glad I did, because indeed the driver of the first vehicle advised that he can not take anymore items as the weight is going to be to much. My experience with this company is nothing less than extraordinary, I would use them again in the near future for my other offices relocations.
