May 22,2023From the beginning of the process, our sales guy, Pavel, has been really helpful and always following up any updates and details of our moving from Germany to Belgium. The loading and unloading process went really smooth, with just a bit of language problem on our loading point, as our driver doesn't speak english that well, but in the end he just understands what you meant to say and it did not blocked the process at all. I would recommend them as the interstate (within EU) moving company. The fact that they also have very reasonable price for all that you'll get in return is just an icing on the top.

May 12,2023I am very satisfied and could not think of a better service for transporting my whole apartment from Denmark to Portugal. From the pre sales process (Boris) to transporting (driver Yanis) to post sales, everything happened so smooth I could focus in other things related to my reallocation. The driver to load was very helpful, and we hired assistants to help unloading. If I ever need to do this exercise again, would definitely use Movega again!

May 04,2023I'm very grateful that I found out about this company, since they offer better prices that any other moving company I received a quote from! They have a very competent team that can answer all your questions and concerns. We moved from Portugal to Germany and everything went great, the collection and delivery happened on the exact dates that were convenient to us and they make sure to keep in touch with us throughout the process. Our driver was also very helpful and friendly and our items were delivered intact! If I ever have to move again I'd hire their services again. Big thanks!!

Apr 24,2023The start of the experience was great the staff were polite and helpful. The day of the moving the driver arrived late and I requested a moving trolley which was not present which made it harder to move the heavy stuff and took longer. The driver helped with loading. The next day with off loading we agreed on starting as early as possible but the driver arrived almost 2 hours late. This time he did not help he was standing in the truck and handing things. The deal was the driver should help from/to the apartment. Then we started to receive calls that he has to leave because he has another job so they requested that we take everything on the street so he could leave. The contract was not met. and we were very disappointed NOT WORTH THE MONEY As a response to your reply, we would suggest a reduced price of the service as we paid for the help that was suppose to be done. Regarding the discount you gave us before, that was as I recommended your company to our friends as in the beginning we were happy with the way you handled the reservation.

We requested quotas only a week before the move, so they did not have a lot of time to work with, yet they made it a pleasant experience in an otherwise rather stressful time. Most importantly, all our belongings arrived very timely and without damage.

Apr 13,2023Fantastic experience with Movega removals from start to finish. Boris Velikov was a great help in ensuring I had all paperwork etc from my move back to the UK from Belgium. Removal driver was on time collecting all my things and early delivering them. So carefully packed by the driver who knew exactly where to place the items to ensure the van was packed efficiently. I could tell he had a lot of experience in this. Will definetly use them again if I ever need a removal service again. 100% recommended.

Apr 11,2023Brilliant from start to finish. It's a stressful experience and yet Movega made it a whole lot easier. Their step by step instructions, 24/7 availability and flexibility was admirable. Boris went above and beyond. I had quite specific timings and whilst it couldn't be guaranteed, they managed to pull it off. The weight of my load was over the quoted allowance but they quickly sorted that for me and clearly communicated how to proceed. Yes, it cost me a bit more but it really wasn't a problem for the service they offered. I'll definitely use them again.

Guided me through all the necessary steps for customs, ToR etc. Arrived on time to pick up my furniture etc, packed the van quickly, efficiently and securely. The shipment arrived from Bulgaria to Scotland within 72 hours and all was in tact. The driver helped me unload and again was helpful and friendly. I have used lots of movers, these have to be one of the best. I'd highly recommend Movega.

It was an absolute pleasure. He arranged various quotes depending on different solutions I may have needed. I actually ended up having to cancel due to personal circumstances but again Philip was so understanding about it. Also the price quoted by Movega easily beat the competition. I actually never leave company reviews, it takes a real outstanding experience for me to do so - this is one of those moments. Mark

Mar 22,2023Movega provided the best price I could find, by alot! Firstly, massive thanks to Pavel, Phillip and the driver Krzystof. Extremely Professional. From start to finish Pavel and Phillip were extremely helpful regarding the entire process. We discussed being overweight as this was likely going be a issue, we had options moving forward and the issue was quickly resolved. The paper work is very easy to complete and the itinerary is simple to create. Movega provide insurance for your items and the delivery date was exact. Our route was from the UK, to Portugal (unload), to Spain (2nd pickup) and back to Portugal. Probably over 2000 miles in total. Krzystof the driver helped load and unload at every stop and all items were secured and delivered with no damage. Overall one of the best companies I worked with for my relocation to Portugal.

Many quoted my 12 m³ for a groupage shipment, which would have a higher risk for losing items, take 10–20 days, and cost 1.5x to 3x what Movega quoted me. Movega was able to load all of my goods into a 20 m³ truck dedicated to my move and drive it directly in only 2 days. It was super fast and efficient, and everything made it safely. Pavel and Philip were communicative and supported me throughout the whole process, including organizing parking permits for the truck. I highly recommend Movega.
