Nov 04,2021The staff were very friendly and helpful from the start to the end, from obtaining a quote to payment flexibility. The options available in pickup/delivery from France to Netherlands were flexible and more accommodating than other removal companies which I requested quotes from, this includes a price and timing that beat out the competition. No broken items. Overall a great experience with a high levels of communication.

Oct 27,2021Had to move from Spain to Brussels. Movega team helped me to quote several scenarios because my dates were not clear, or if I needed more space or less, or if I needed a warehouse or not. They helped me through all the process in the most supportive way possible. I had to rearrange the truck because of last minute changes, and they helped and made it easy for me. Reachable by phone at any moment, they track the loading and the unloading and manage any issue that may come up. It's the closest I've been to arrange a moving with some friends. Will use their services again without doubt.

Oct 21,2021My mom moved from Belgium to the south of France 3 days ago. We were stressy but no need to because everything went very smoothly thanks to Movega. From the start to the end very professionnal and clear. They keep in touch with every step of the move. The driver Gregor was very kind and helpfull with loading and onloading. If one day I'll move again, no doubt I'll call back Movega. Thanks to Mr Philipov and his team !

Oct 18,2021Disappointed. The initial service was great, the company (Pavel) was really communicative and helpful. We needed two vans so they provided a great discount and helped with logistics, eased anxiety etc. But on the day of the move, one massive lorry which could barely fit on our street in Manchester appeared - with one driver, instead of two. Somehow we managed to load everything, helping the driver A LOT. The lorry was delayed to our location which, probably wasn't their fault, but we needed to stay in a hotel for longer than expected. Then on arrival the massive lorry blocked the entire street (not usual for such huge vehicles to enter cities in Spain). The police arrived. The driver barely helped us take anything upstairs (mind you, we paid £190 extra for this service). The furniture arrived damaged. The company offered us a £100 discount because there was only one driver (not really helpful because what do you do with £100 when you need to take three bedroom stuff to the third floor with barely any help?). I then emailed several times to claim for damaged items and before I finally got an answer, Movega said that they are making us a massive favour to refund us £100 because we made the claim too late. We didn't- they just never replied in time. The driver was nice but all in all it was a very expensive and stressful experience, and we found that the company was much friendlier before we paid. Disappointing. I would not recommend, unfortunately.

Oct 13,2021Superb service. Customs clearance procedure was explained professionally and my items were imported duty/tax free, I didn`t need to be present at the border. Drivers were on time at my address in Porto and delivered without damages to my new home in Zurich. Everyone in the company were very friendly and dedicated. Definitely recommend!!! Thank you all!

Sep 26,2021We relocated from Copenhagen to Zurich as a young family with one small baby. We never had to to do this before, especially with so much stuff. We contacted Movega as it has very competitive prices. Philip was our Movega contact, and he guided us step by step, giving his honest opinion on the amount of vans needed (two), and eventual mishap that could happen when moving into Switzerland. Since we had some time on our hands, we prepared the boxes ourselves. It came very clear that we needed the two vans! On the day, seeing the first driver arriving took away all the hesitation we had. The second driver arrived to our location shortly after, when we were almost finished loading the first one. One driver spoke English and helped the second one with the formalities, but we made ourselves understand by hand gestures and google. As planned, the next day, they came to Zurich with a slight delay. One of the driver shared his position via Whatsapp with me, which helped to understand when they would have arrived. It was simply a great experience! Thank you team at Movega!

Sep 13,2021A really professional service in every aspect and it made my moving process so much more convenient and care-free! They made a very attractive offer and stood by their word for what they promised in the initial phone call. Even at a very short notice, in my case just a week before the moving date, they managed to organise everything on time and provided me with the appropriate paperwork with instructions to clear customs from Germany to Switzerland. The truck was stopped at the border but created just a few hour delay, which wasn't of any inconvenience to me. The driver was also very kind and eager - we didn't speak a common language but he had google translate ready for support so we were always on the same page. If I needed to cross borders with all my furniture again, I would choose them again. A really great job well done - worth every euro!

The service was fantastic and they made it so easy to move from the UK to Portugal as I had no idea how to go about that task but Philip help so much . I would definitely recommend them and the price was very competitive.

The whole experience was made so much easier by their super efficient crew. Philip, our move coordinator was brilliant, keeping us informed throughout. The two drivers Andrej and Krystof were a joy, both on collection and delivery, two harder working men would be hard to find! All in all five stars are not enough
