Jun 27,2021Outstanding professional service! We can't imagine doing our recent move from Amsterdam to Lisbon without Movega. They were super proactive in quoting and advising us on our needs. After sharing our inventory, they rightly advised us to weigh some of our bags and we fortunately realized that we were above the truck limit. Movega was super quick to arrange for a second truck (at a discounted price!) and without any exploitation. The team over the phone is well informed of country specific transport regulations and was constantly following up with us over the phone throughout our move to make sure everything was in order. Drivers were equally very nice and helpful in loading the truck and driving our goods for 3 days while keeping them in their condition! :)

Jun 17,2021Great service from start to finish. I cannot fault the service we have received from Movega. We have just completed our move from the UK to France and everything has gone incredibly well. Philip Philipov and his team supported us attentively from the moment he called with a quote through to after-service feedback, with lots of check-ins along the way to make sure everything was going smoothly. Movega is smart, efficient and very experienced through the complicated customs processes that are now required post-Brexit. Any move will be a nervous time but Movega were well-informed and supportive. Our driver was on time, helpful, cheerful and reliable, despite not speaking English (unfortunately we could not speak Italian but we understood each other even so)! He looked after our property very well and we had no damage from the journey. I recommend Movega wholeheartedly for anyone moving from the UK to the EU (and of course anyone moving within Europe too!). A particularly big thank you to Philip!

It took a little over a week from my initial contact, to relocate my belongings from the UK to France. They delivered everything within 24 hours and nothing was damaged. May 15,2021The Movega team was very helpful during the preparatory phase of the move, giving timely advice and guidance and very reactive to any questions we had. Unfortunately, the removal van broke down a few moments before collection time, so the collection was delayed of 8 hours. These things happens and the Movega team tried all they could to provide a swift solution and regularly updated us about the situation, which we highly appreciated. In the end, the delivery was not so much delayed and all went fine. The driver was very kind and professional, like the rest of the team. All in all, I would highly recommend Movega.

The process was swift and easy - Philip was very reactive and provided updates at each step (progress of paperwork, collection and delivery times). My belongings were delivered within a week and a half of me getting the first quote. Despite an accident on the motorway that resulted in the collection being later than expected (we were kept updated about this), my belongings were delivered the next day as planned. Philip was very helpful, knowledgable and willing to answer all my questions. I highly recommend them!
