Apr 21,2021Before you read: I am not a native speaker, but I will give my best ;) I booked this company for mid of march to transport my belongings from Zürich Switzerland to Nürnberg Germany. The prices of the Swiss companies were between 2'500 CHF - 3'500 CHF for 400 km. Movega gave me a price of under 1'000 CHF and were on time, I had no trouble at all and Philip Philipov was keeping me up to date. So if you will get him as your contact person, then you can be sure that there won't be any complications. I am very happy with my choice.

Apr 14,2021We contacted a few companies to move our stuff from Italy to the Netherlands. Movega offered a significantly better price then the others and was very responsive to questions. After some back and forth we settled on a pickup date early in the morning so the items would arrive the next day. A few days before the move the pickup date was moved from 9:00 to 11:00 on Movega's request. The morning of the moving we got a call that the van had been held up at the border between Austria and Hungary the previous day, which meant it would not arrive until four. Later we got a call that it would take a bit longer still. Then, expecting the van any moment, we were informed that the van broke 20 km from our place. This was a bit scary as we had a flight early morning the next day. However a replacement van was arranged and around four hours later it arrived. At first we could not find the van, as it was parked in a street over, and the company did not pick up the phone (it was 9 PM at this point), which was frustrating after all the other things that went wrong. However I soon found the van. The driver spoke polish and russian but not a word of english or any other language. However loading boxes isn't so complicated so it was not a real problem. After going for a walk on sunday morning, we found the van in front of our new house, which was a surprise because we had received no update regards the expected arrival time. I later saw that I had been send an email shortly before, but before I was always called first, and only if I didn't pick up I got a mail (which is nice). Unloading was quick and everything was in order. We got a 150 euro discount as an apology for the delays. All in all the moving was stressful but in the end everything went well. Overall my dealings with the company were pleasant. I recognise that there is some uncertainty around an operation like this, but there were a few too many bumps to give 5 star review.

Mar 23,2021Professional from beginning to end. Removal was from London, UK to Provence, post Brexit. Michael and his team took care of all the customs paperwork. I was kept informed at every stage. The driver arrived in London at the exact time he said he would. Loading was quick and efficient. I was informed when the load had cleared customs I was given an estimated arrival time to my property in France, the removal van and trailer arrived exactly at that time. Unloading was just a swift as the loading had been. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. In fact I have already recommended them to my friend. Thank you Michael

Mar 21,2021Great experience and excellent support! overall, the team was very professional and responsive to the short timeline I had and the delivery requirements. while the loading was delayed with the customs, the coordinators were informing me of every steps and potential issues. despite the delay of the loading, the whole delivery was done on time and with great care from the team and the driver. I will recommend the service of Movega removals to friends and will keep on using it for future move of my own. it was very easy and quick to set up the move. the coordinator answered all my concerns and questions with great professionalism and a positive attitude which was greatly appreciated.

The driver was very meticulous in the truck's organization and made sure all our items were safe. We only had a broken bowl but mostly due to bad wrapping on our end. They have very competitive costs and I'd recommend Movega Removal again.

Whilst I was a little nervous having not known or used Movega before, the experience was first rate. Michael and his team were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. They were able to accommodate a last minute change of date with minimal fuss and no additional cost. The driver was really friendly and couldn’t have been more accommodating, even letting my little people get ‘involved’ in the truck load and unload.
