Aug 22,2021We all know how stressful moving countries can be and Movega took this stress way. I had to move all our goods from Netherlands to Spain. From the first moment I was in contact with Movega they kept on top on addressing all my questions in every detail. Even the last minute extra stop request was taken care of. The move worked like a clockwork. The driver was on time for collection (Sunday move and Movega called me to check if I needed anything and ensure me that I had a person to talk to in case anything came up), supported me to the fullest on the loading and arrived on time for delivery. Throughout the process everyone I was in contact with (driver, backoffice, sales) were super professional and helpful and the price was very competitive. I can totally recommend Movega for your next move.

There was a long email thread where I kept asking questions and receiving answers so I can tell that the level of communication and customer service is of high standards. After comparison with several companies we chose Movega Removals, first because the price was very interesting. Kate was my contact at Movega, and did an amazing job to organize the move. Every day during the two weeks before the move I could contact her to ask questions and get advices. She was always kind and helpful, and did everything she could so that we have a smooth and stressless experience with the moving. The van showed up on time to pick up all our belongings, and they were delivered a few days later in a perfect shape. The driver couldn't speak english, but he was very nice and helpful. Thank you very much Kate, I strongly recommend Movega!

Aug 16,2021good service and happy overall I would recommend movega. loved the 24h delivery and assistance from the driver . only downside is there is no cover, blanket or protection in the truck to protect the furniture. make sure to provide yours or protect everything. nothing was broken but few minors scratches on a couple of furniture's. Again for the price, the service is great and worth it. staff and driver were friendly and provide great support during the entire process. took the time to call me at the end to ensure everything was ok. great service and customer care.

They have been very helpful along the process, checking with us on all details and provided the necessary information post-Brexit. The driver was extremely helpful, polite and our belongings were loaded and unloaded in a professional manner, everything arrived on time, without any issues. He also helped me to move all the stuff up to the 3rd floor and again no issues whatsoever. I would strongly recommend them and would use again their services if needed in the future. Thank you!

Aug 04,2021We had a positive experience moving out (from London to Switzerland), which is, let's be honest, never a walk in the park. The service was courteous and effective, the delivery men did more than what they were paid to do, and the contact was smooth throughout. We were not charged custom fees or whatnot, and the delivery time schedule was respected. No furniture was damaged. So, we're very happy! (The prices are also pretty good; I compared several services before setting on this one.) It got a bit confusing at times, with some parts of the company not being optimally responsive (the customs team), but contacting a person directly (in our case Michael Murray) always worked like a charm. Be careful with the weight limit! We underestimated ours and ended having to pay for two vans, but that was to be expected as the terms & conditions were crystal clear on that count.

Jul 27,2021We are very happy with the service. All Brexit paperwork seamlessly handled by the company and no delay at the border. Movega was very cautious about the overweight risk and freighted a 3rd van not to take any chance, but after loading in and seeing that the overweight was not a problem, they cancelled the 3rd van and didn't charge for it. The drivers were all very nice and helpful, going the extra mile for us. We will not hesitate to use their service again in the future.

This was the first time ever we worked with a relocation company and we had many questions and concerns about everything, and she responded to every inquiry right away, via phone calls or emails. This was a very stressful time for us but the Movega team made it as smooth as possible. We had several specific requests about loading and unloading timing and Katerina made sure to forward them to the according teams and confirm immediately when everything was settled. The driver was extremely friendly and catered to our requests, placing the fragile items the way we asked him to. The costs are really competitive and I highly recommend this company!

Jun 30,2021The manager is extremely quick to answer and helpful. They send a link with all the tasks that you need to complete and I found that extremely well made and practical. It made our move easier. The price is very competitive as well, especially for the service. The driver arrived within 20 minutes of the time we had set (which is ok) but we knew it cause the manager had called us to inform us. Our stuff got delivered exactly at the time planned and in good condition. We're very pleased and we will definitely use them again! Thanks!
