Sep 10,2024Its normal to move your stuff from a moving company it’s by luck to meet a professional and caring company, last year I relocated from the UK to the EU, I had a best experience, so that makes me feel like all the companies ỉn moving categories are the same, this month I planed to change my location within the EU, then I found this company, thinking they’d do the same thing but to my surprise Movega Removals did an excellent job, they make things easier for me to move, I love their customer service as well. Our move within EU was handled with precision, their customer service is very nice and their Transport Department won my heart with something I never expected, on our way to the new grand, I made the mistake of my new location, all my thought was that I'm gonna pay an extra fee but no, instead they told me not to worry and they also said we're born to made mistakes, in fact they are highly recommended.

Their team was professional, kind, and eager to answer any questions we had from the first. The team that packed our items was incredibly careful and made sure everything was safely packed for the trip. The packing service was excellent. Their attention to care is evident in the fact that nothing was misplaced or broken when our belongings were delivered to our new house.

Sep 04,2024I moved from Denmark to England during August 2024. This company always did everything they promised to do, and clearly have an excellent and professional team, dedicated to being the best in the business. Combine that with competitive quotes, and I would not consider using anyone else. Communication with the team was exemplary throughout the process, including for the preparation of the move, inventory and customs requirements, during unloading and offloading. The driver was helpful, cordial and professional, the truck was right for the job. There were some areas for improvement which I communicated to them when they asked for feedback. This was for improving the communication between the transport team in the office and the truck driver, regarding his current location and for better estimation of arrival times at the on-loading and off-loading points.

Ulici was our driver and he was top notch, efficient, quick, friendly, and helpful. This was the biggest move we ever did (Portugal to Belgium) and with two kids! Movega made it a little easier.
