The drivers were very helpful and helped load all our goods and unload the other end. The van arrived on time both ends and nothing was damaged. Price wise they were very competitive. Highly recommend.

They checked on me the whole process to make sure that everything was going good and they helped me with everything that I needed to know. They always pick up the phone to answer my questions . Jun 03,2024What an amazing Team. Just moved from the UK to Germany and the Movega team made it effortless. The entire team supported to make sure we had to right size vehicle and even checked my inventory list to make sure. This was so they could make sure the move went smoothly and there were no issues on pickup. Due to a German Law and having to have the delivery on a Monday, meaning I would be in my own to upload with the driver, they went above and beyond and hired a team to help me unload. If you are looking for a hassle free company that supports you all the way and willing to go above and beyond, give them a call. Amazing team, stress-free and very quick transport.

Boris my contact person for client service was excellent keeping me informed and checking all was ok for me when the packers and truck came. The efficiency in turnaround was amazing and at the storage facility the next day they also mentioned how efficient they were for unloading. Highly recommend them for anyone wanting fantastic customer service.

The communication was great, and all my furniture arrived safely and was delivered with care. But I wanted to leave a review because the customer service I received from Boris was fantastic. He was helpful, communicative and very polite. A lovely person to help with this complicated aspect of relocating across countries.

Our main contact Pavel Atanasov was one of the highlights: he was professional, helpful, easy to reach whenever we had questions, and was available to help throughout the process. We were hours away from paying the deposit with another company when Pavel’s called us back from our enquery. Movega was few hundred pound more expensive, but their fair business terms (eg you pay half at pickup and second half before unloading delivery), better insurance coverage, and professional communication made us choose them instead. Some highlights from our experience with the move: They emailed us a list of customs and other documents we needed to fill out with clear instructions. All our questions were answered by a quick phone call. Pickup went reasonably smooth, we got an email a day before pickup date, which ended up being our last day of the 3 day pickup date range we agreed on. The drivers (2) arrived 1h late with the pickup van, but packing was very quick and efficient. Our ~25 boxes and large items were packed in the van in about 20 minutes from the 6th floor. Almost exactly 72 hour later our items were delivered 2800 km away, which was surprisingly fast, and the same 2 drivers quickly unpacked everything after I paid the second half of the fee. Boxes arrived in good enough condition, my monitor survived as well. Can highly recommend Movega for a good value and high quality of service for the the price.

He called me multiple times before the move to ensure everything was in order and provided invaluable advice regarding the volume and weight of our furniture and belongings. He was always very friendly, quick to reply, extremely polite, and punctual—calling exactly when he said he would. On the day of the move, Pavel also provided excellent support. He called to make sure everything was going smoothly and to inform me when the driver would arrive for unloading. Both Boris and Pavel were fantastic to work with, ensuring a seamless and stress-free move. Overall, my experience with Movega Removals was outstanding. May 20,2024I had a removal service performed with Movega Removals last week. When I was unpacking, I realized one of my pricier items was missing which I then reported to my sales rep Pavel. A day later, I get a call from his manager Filip Filipova, and it has been the most unprofessional, aggressive, and disrespectful call I have ever had when performing a business transaction. From the start, when I was considering Movega, I was very adamant on the insurance component as I wanted to avoid exactly these scenarios. Instead in this 20 min call, I was met with the statements like the below: - Filip cannot know for sure if the item was really there or not. - That he is confident it's not his driver nor is it the helper because he has worked before with this helping company. Please note that I specifically told Filip that I was not interested in going down the path of pointing fingers at person x or y. - That he for sure "ain't reimbursing 300€ for my missing item" - That I was legally required to be there during the loading and that I "should have read my contract" despite the fact that 1) I have agreed on the loading set-up with the sales rep in advance and he did not point out any issues with it and 2) on Movega's website, it is clearly stated "No, you do not have to be present, though someone needs to provide access for the driver." This was exactly the case as the storage facility people were there to assist with the access provision. I was hoping for a smooth transaction with Movega removals, a professional and reasonable exchange. Instead I was met with aggression, finger pointing, and accusations. As a customer, I felt extremely uncomfortable and distraught. Never again and would strongly not recommend if you're looking for a professional and reliable service.

May 16,2024I won't lie, I was sceptical at first (and consequently did a lot of research on Movega beforehand) tbh, it was the very personable approach that drew me to use them (and the FAR better cost) everything went extremely smooth, the whole team are polite, helpful and always on hand (special shout out to Pavel, who's WhatsApp game is on point). Goods arrived safe and sound within the expected time frame with zero issues, highly, highly recommend this company.

May 14,2024Movega gave me the best price for the move from UK to Bulgaria. I have checked about 20 companies, but Movega was the top one! The communication was excellent thanks to Drago Stoyanov. The driver arrived on time in a Lutton van and helped me with the load. In Bulgaria he helped with the unload. I will give him 5 stars! Since UK got out of EU, things are more complicated when moving into EU, but Movega handled all the paperwork and the customs. I would highly recommend Movega to my friends who will be moving back to Bulgaria. Thank you!

Jun 15,2024Kept up to date from start to finish with a short notice booking from Glasgow Scotland to Oslo Norway with one man delivery lorry of up to 100kgs collected and delivered all of our items on time within 3days. (Most other firms would take your load with other deliveries but we felt this was not safe as we didn’t want anything lost or unloaded or mixed with others stuff plus the inconvenience of a lengthy delivery time so movega provided an individual service and delivered in 3days which was amazing given distance between Glasgow and Oslo! )Driver was very helpful and although we had to update a customs form on exiting the uk it was dealt with swiftly by phone and email And resolved in minutes. Would use movega again if we have to move any more items and would highly recommend movega to anyone else moving from uk to Europe. Thanks Katie & Simen
