Feb 10,2024I cannot recommend Movega enough. The company undertook our house move from the UK to Parma Italy. From the get go, the staff were patient with our communication foibles, friendly and incredibly helpful. Customer service from Pavel, Boris and Philip was absolutely above and beyond, with accurate, honest information about all aspects of the logistics on move day and before. We were also kept strictly informed of all the requirements in terms of customs. They even went to great lengths to arrange unloading and reassembling assistance in Italy. On the day, driver Piotr got the job done in record time at both ends and took care over the treatment, and sometimes extra wrapping, of our furniture. Timings were impeccable in terms of pickup, arrival and coincidence with extra assistance. Absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

Good communications from the office team and Drago, they made it easy with the paperwork with an online portal to review the quote and add the documents/details needed. The moving team were very professional and helpful. Overall no problems, very happy to recommend.

Jan 13,2024Not impressed. Moved home from France to the UK using 3.5T lorry due to access limitations both ends. Pickup delayed by one day at the last minute (technical issue with lorry - what's that smell - bs?). Lorry only took 60% of our possessions and was still half full. We had to quickly arrange alternative transport for remainder of goods. Would never use them again.

From the beginning, Boris at Movega was the only one from all the moving companies I contacted to regularly follow up and check how he could help even when our move date took time to fix. A very competitive quote - but what sealed it was the transit time from Amersham to Barcelona of just two days! All of our items in one lorry from end to end. Special mention to Luckasz the driver. He turned up early on the Friday morning, helped with all of the loading and then appeared in Barcelona on the Sunday and unloaded our items again! The team at Movega were great - ensuring paperwork was in place well before the move date - confirming the name of the driver and the licence plate and checking with us at every stage. Dec 20,2023Excellent service! We highly recommend Movega Removals! They were very professional, extremely helpful and we had great communication! They estimated correctly that we would need 2 vans for the move to avoid any issues and fees with overweight during Customs clearance and they explained the whole process clearly, answering patiently to all of my questions. The movers wrapped up all our furniture with great care and I didn't have the slightest doubt that would arrive safely from London to Greece. The drivers were also very helpful and careful during loading and unloading the vans! The whole process was very reassuring, taking away all of our stress about this big move!

Dec 20,2023Exceptional experience from day one with Movega. The quote was very competitive, and the staff very friendly and helpful. We were shipping our stuff abroad, so had customs forms etc to organise, and Movega made an otherwise confusing and nerve-wracking experience completely smooth. On moving day they turned up bang on time, helped load our stuff, and unloaded at the other end. Communication throughout was superb. There were some logistical complications (ferry strike!) and we were kept fully informed the whole time, making the whole experience totally stress-free. Would use Movega again in a heartbeat.

Boris, who handled my case was thorough with the information, and ensured that I had everything I needed to know, he has amazing customer service skills, probably some of the top that I have ever come across (I work in the luxury hospitality industry) and has the customers need at the forefront of everything he does. Boris is a huge asset to this company and I hope he is recognised for this. The five star rating is purely for the experience that Boris has given, as I did not get to move in the end, but should the move happen then for sure I will be using this company.

They have been extremely professional and supportive from my first point of contact with them, up until the follow up after receiving my stuff in the UK. They were very prompt in sending me the initial quotes based on my estimated luggage and furniture and also directed me to the right procedures for the customs clearance forms and stuff. The driver who came for the move was also very efficient and helpful. He made sure the loading went very smoothly and quick and ensured the furniture were all held and secured safely. The unloading also went very smooth and had no issues at all. The driver was also a very cheerful guy and I enjoyed chatting with him, which made the whole loading and unloading process definitely more fun! I am quite happy with Movega and would definitely recommend them for their high quality service and also very affordable prices compared to others out there in the market :)

Nov 04,2023Very good experience overall with regular communication from Boris and team. Very polite and friendly and you can trust them. Driver spoke little English but communicated well and was friendly. Being organised before saved a lot of time. One small feedback that being asked to work out the weight by weighing individual boxes was probably unnecessary and I think it would better to work on averages and add a buffer. It would create less stress. Would definitely recommend if you want a good price to value company.

Dragomir was very helpful during the booking, he answered my requests very quickly and he really tried to arrange for the move to go as smoothly as possible. Philip was helping me during the transit, I could have information on the transports status anytime during the move. Lastly Pawel, our driver, was really helpful during loading and unloading. He also drove our precious items carefully from Sweden to France. Everything was delivered in very good condition.
