I ordered a personalised Activity Table for my Grandaughter. When it arrived one side of the outer and inner box was soaking wet, and had sadly seeped through to the contents. I immediately e mailed My 1st Year's, who responded within half an hour. I have to say the customer service I received from them, in particular a lady called Mary Joyce was fantastic. I have returned the table and a new one is expected to reach me within 24/48 hours. I Highly recommend this company, lovely products and fantastic customer service. Thank you.

I recently made a large order where one small item was missing. I contacted customer services where Aleksandra dealt with the issue very quickly and professionally. 10/10 customer service. My order I received was the wrong size but after I sent an email this was soon to be rectified very quickly by Aleksandra who was brilliant throughout. This was a very smooth return process and Aleksandra made sure the correct items were sent next day delivery. I will definitely be buying from here again!

I ordered my son a Christmas sack the exact same one I got my eldest 2.5years ago this time round extremely disappointed at the quality the white fluffy bit looks cheap and looks no where near as good as the one o received 2 years ago

I ordered a very simple £1.99 Santa card for my son on the 13th November. My first years are quite simply just stealing people’s money at this point - I’ve seen countless posts about how people who have received the card and that is full of mistakes anyway. They have lied to me twice so far about it being on the way. We are now leaving for our weekend away, December the 1st on Sunday and no card for my son with his advent calendar. AVOID THESE LIARS
I purchased the Personalised Pink Bumblebee Design Cord Mini Backpack for my daughter as a first Christmas present. The bag arrived & was really cute however the name was quite far off centre and looked a bit wonky. Since it was personalised, I knew returning it would just lead to it being thrown away which seems extremely wasteful however I also did not what to pay full price for an item that was not up to the expected standard. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service response - the only thing I was offered (other than a return) was a £5 store credit (which would just mean I would spend even more money with them? Not helpful). I decided to just keep the bag as to not add to landfill unnecessarily - but it was not a great experience.

Accidently spelt a name wrong on a personalised item. Emailed customer service and received a response back straight away from Dorota, informing the order had been updated with the correct spelling.
Great Service!! My mum had ordered a toy box for my son & when I came to put it up I didnt like the font & didnt think it looked that good. Was very jumpy & not neat. However, I live chatted with Mary Joyce who was so helpful & quickly resolved my issue & sent out a replacement piece where the name would be shown. Great customer service, very quick & efficient!! I ordered a backpack and had an issue with it, emailed to let the company know I had a response from Shannon the same day with the offer of a new backpack once I placed my ordered I received the new backpack the next day. I was sent a QR code to return the old backpack free of charge. Shannon was very helpful.
