I recently ordered a music box for my cousins baby but realised I had spelt the name incorrectly! After reading the T&Cs on the website I was unsure if would be able to amend this mistake or even cancel the order however I emailed their customer service team and Mary Joyce got back to me within a couple of hours! She advised they are happy to amend my error and did so efficiently! She made sure to mention that any tracking sent will have the old spelling so as not to cause any worry, and was very polite during the whole conversation.

I’ve ordered from this company many times. First time I’ve had an issue and sadly found the customer service to be non existent. Due to issues on the website I mistakenly ordered twice. Contacted them immediately to cancel 1 of the duplicate orders. Was told 1 order had been cancelled. When my order failed to arrive I contacted the company to be told both orders had mistakenly been cancelled. I had ordered on cyber Monday when an extra 10% off was applied and wanted the original price I paid to be matched. Was told no problem, here is a code for 10% off, order again. Great I thought, but oh no. Not only was my order out of stock but it was now double the price as it was no longer on sale. Back on the chat I go to be told don’t worry, I’ll look into when the out of date item is due back in stock and I’ll email you back. Days passed, no email. Back on chat I go, happen to speak to the same person who just said sorry we can’t help. I happened to have noticed the item was back in stock and so I simply wanted to buy it for the price I paid originally. I sadly don’t have the money to spend anymore. I was told that wasn’t possible, and when I asked to speak to a manager/complain I was told to call or email. Well what a joke that is. Ive called multiple times, no one ever answers. Left a message, sent an email. No response. Impossible to speak to anyone to try and resolve this. I appreciate it’s busy this time of year but It shouldn’t be this hard. Looks like ill have to find my son something else for his first Christmas. Thanks!!
I’ve been a fan years now. The product and personalisation is fantastic quality, but this is matched by their exceptional service. I stupidly put a middle name down for personalisation and Mary Joyce sorted it with zero fuss and explained how it would look on the delivery note etc. Five stars every time.

Ordered three items and two were not as advertised (the material quality, font and font colour were very different to the pictures), and the third was poorly personalised (not central and not level). I contacted the company and they have not got back to me. Will NEVER use again. Update 24/12/24: Response below is correct however I did reply and when I didn’t get a response I sent an additional email and that was ignored. Sent a third email and that was ignored too.
I ordered a mini backpack for my son and after one use I realised the threads had come apart on one side. I emailed and within 2 days Melojan had organised a returns label for me to post it back and a replacement item to be sent by express delivery. So quick and easy. Thank you
Product damaged on arrival but quickly put right by Ewelina and the replacement item arrived ok. Would have been 5⭐️if right first time but great customer experience when things don’t go to plan is appreciated. I’d use again.
I stuffed up my order, I contacted My1styears the following day. I received a message the day after sorting me out and sending the extra items straight out, which I received the day after. Absolutely fantastic customer service and Dorota was wonderful and so very helpful. Thank you for all your help.
