My little ones personalised bag arrived with a fault on some of the stitching. I contacted customer services and Olivia couldn’t have been more helpful! I had a replacement bag within a couple of days! Very impressed!

I ordered a bunny and dressing gown with matching fonts (as a gift for my friends new born) I paid next day delivery as seeing them this weekend. The items have arrived with different fonts. They’ve even cross checked the invoice and order details and signed them. Did they hope I wasn’t going to notice? Because I emailed to notify them and they’ve told me they can only send out a new bunny once the wrong one has been returned! Absolutely shocking, I’ve placed an order correctly, they’ve made the error, they’ve signed the invoice for EACH ITEM, and now I’m being penalised for it! Terrible customer service that! What they should be doing is replacing the bunny first (given i paid for next day delivery as well, and because IT IS THEIR ERROR) and I can then send the bunny back in the box they send with the correct bunny. But no, they’re expecting me to wait for their mistake! I’ve even sent the proof of photos of my order, where they have signed, and both items!

Unable to process gift messages / cards (both as sender and receipient). This leads to an embarrassing situation for both sender and recipient. We cannot rely on MFY to fulfil gift orders which is a shame as they used to be fantastic. When we found out who the sender was, they refused to make contact to offer any gesture of goodwill. Really poor.

I mistakingly bought a pink bathing robe without adding the inscription of the childs name on it. Dorota in customer services asked me to send it back, take photos of receipt of postage and she would immediately send a new one by expressed delivery with the personalised name on it. Excellent customer services and will be using this company again. Many thanks

I received a faulty product (which really should have been noticed before sending my order out, and it was sent in a M1stY's box which was broken) but the service I received from Aleksandra was top class. Quick responses and replacement product sent so quickly. Well done Aleksandra!

Great customer service. When my original order had a fault Aleksandra emailed straight back to me with a replacement and sent it straight away. Aleksandra was prompt with all replies and made me feel like the company cared about its customers . Really appreciated the assistance and would certainly recommend them.

My experience with customer service manager Aleksandra was wonderful. Part of my order arrived faulty and I had some initial problems getting things sorted, but Aleksandra really went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive and everything was fixed. I would really recommend this company and reaching out if you have any problems, as they do really want you to have a good experience. Thanks again.

Extremely Poor Customer Service I had been a loyal customer of 1st Years but they changed their customer service team and took away the ability to telephone anyone. I made three large orders in quick succession and used the June promotion code with 2 but inadvertently placed the order before putting the discount code in for the third order. All of the parcels I paid extra for a quick delivery as I needed to give them as presents for an occasion at the weekend. I e mailed the service line as soon as I placed the orders to say I forgot to add the discount. Their belated response was in effect “ Too bad , too late “. I then e mailed again when one order arrived with no personalisation on the items. They were so slow to respond and asked me twice for more photos and now, having received 8 photos showing no names on the back or front , they still have not clarified what they are going to do. I was unable to give the gift at the weekend and feel this is such a poor way to treat customers, let alone someone was has been very loyal.

I ordered 4 personalised backpacks. There were threads coming off 3 of the bags from multiple sites. The text on one of the bags read “Lainab” instead of “Zainab” These items were bought to be given as presents. The bag with wrong name is completely useless to me as I can’t gift it due to wrong name. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund for the damaged items as well as the wrongly named bag. They refused for any refund instead offered me a small credit for my next purchase. Why would I purchase again from them when in the first place they have sent me such bad quality items. Very disappointed, such a waste of money.

I ordered 2 personalised backpacks for next day delivery and it was indeed on time! When placing the order, I was able to write a free gift message for 1 of the backpacks but it wasn't allowing me to do it for the other. After placing the order I emailed them that I wanted a gift message for the other bag. To which Aleksandra promptly replied giving me assurance that it would be done. She was very helpful. I was impressed at how quickly and efficiently they handled everything and kept me in the loop especially on the delivery status, as I had needed it at short notice. Thank you to MY1stYears, I am a returning customer and will definitely be using them again for their quality products and top notch customer service 👌 Thank you very much. From me, Saba.

Customer service fantastic. I contacted them via email as I needed to amend the spelling of my daughters name. Dorota kindly replied and sorted this for me within a few hours. It was also out of office hours. Can't wait to see the backpack now when it arrives 😍

First of all the products are beautifully embroidered and are good value for money, however, my item did not arrive on time, after reaching out to the customer support team I was disappointed with the response. I would have expected some kind of compensation for the inconvenience such as the delivery cost reimbursed or a discount code for the site but rather bluntly they refused to give anything as an apology. I think this is bad practice for an ecommerce site and would be hesitant to recommend despite how nice the products are.

I truly love that company. The amount of time I recommend is incredible. Until I ordered again a gift for my friend daughter's birthday and after 5 days the gift was not even dispatched!!!! I wrote I email but nothing happene, they just apologised. I end up buying another gift from somewhere else. Poor little one won't have her lovely gift on time unfortunately. Sad.
