The level of customer care received was fantastic. Aleksandra dealt with my query and resolved the issue promptly providing a a high standard of custimer care. I am very pleased with the personalised item. Thank you very much Aleksandra for your courtesy and understanding.

Awful company- item received was covered in scratches and discoloured. Pictures were issued to customer service within minutes of delivery. We needed the water bottle for my daughter to start her first week of school next week and none of the proposed resolutions were going to get the product I ordered in a good condition to us for the start of term. Overall a really upsetting experience when you just want your child’s first week to be perfect. Only posting on here as I wouldn’t want another parent facing the same issues.

I love the luxury gift boxes and wanted to purchase one to make into a keepsake box for my baby due in a couple of months as I have done with my little boy so I emailed and received a reply that they cannot be purchased but that I would be sent one out free of charge via express delivery! I was so surprised at this lovely, kind gesture honestly thank you so so much Shannon from the Management Team/My Gifting Group I honestly was not expecting such a thoughtful and selfless response and it's made me so happy, thank you!

I ordered 2 personalized backpack but I didn’t receive any confirmation mail. So I contacted the company and within few hours I received a email back! I was contacted by Melojean and she had my issue solved right away. She was brilliant with excellent customer service. I am beyond impressed with this company how fast they reply! It’s my first time I have bought from them, but certainly won't be the last! highly recommend :) Cannot wait to see the twins going to school with their new backpack ❤️

Edit- excellant response and new bag sent out. Thank you. Will look forward to buying from you again. Had a little blue elephant personalised bag for approx 7 months used for approx 5 months and the zipper has broken. The company has refused to accept any acknowledgment for this. Yes it is past the return policy but surely a childs bag should be durable and last more than 7 months will now be choosing another company for a bag.

My experience with my firstyears has been really great. I ordered a bag before and the quality was top notch. We loved it. This time i wanted some assistance from team and Melojean was a great help. Response was very quick. I truly appreciate it.

I have shopped with my 1st years afew times and love them. I messaged regarding a little issue and was contacted by Shannon (Management Team) within afew mins and she had my issue solved right away. I’ve shopped here twice now!. First time everything went smoothly and had a great experience. Second time the same, I had to return two items due to the fact someone else got the same gift! (From seeing my previous gift they loved the idea of baby robes). They were super helpful with the return and I’ll certainly be a regular customer :) thanks Agnes !

I contacted my 1st years in order to get some extra shapes for my daughters activity table that was bought for her by her auntie at Christmas, since then we have lost the shapes but speaking with Shannon&Oliwia they have swiftly sent out some replacements for me! So thank you very much, it’s highly appreciative! Just waiting for them to arrive now but 10/10 service, thank you ladies x

Unfortunately I received my order which had been damaged during transit. I contacted my first years and Melojean dealt with my complaint swiftly and ensured that a replacement was sent out on the same day.

I ordered a medium backpack and matching lunch box Gift set and they are gorgeous but when my parcel arrived the luxury gift box was damaged. I contacted customer services and Melojean responded very promptly and arranged for a replacement box straight away. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Sent a photo of a lost blanket to ask which item it was so I could order again so ordered another as they told me which one only for it to be completely different colour for them to then tell me that the colours and products may change !! So didn't get the replacement I wanted for them to say I could return at my own cost for store credit!! Poor customer service really as if I was told the colour may vary on the first email I wouldn't of ordered another one so now £35 out of pocket with a item that isn't the one I wanted

Such great customer service, I was worried my packages wouldn’t arrive in time so emailed. They were prompt in their reply, even out of hours service, & made sure my packages was not delayed in any way. The product was beautifully packaged with a great gift box, which I think one other has mentioned, would be excellent to store keepsakes in. The gift was beautifully made & just perfect for a little girl.

Great customer service. I wanted to order a personalised item with a name that exceeded the number of characters. I emailed the customer services and they offered me a solution straightaway. Aleksandra was very responsive and helpful

I ordered the pink activity table for our granddaughter's first birthday present. When it arrived a small piece was damaged which slightly spoiled the overall look. When I contacted the company by email to ask for a replacement part, they replied immediately and offered to replace the whole table top (within 24-48 hours as we needed it for a party a few days later). Aleksandra dealt with the whole process so efficiently and in a really friendly manner. I am beyond impressed with this company - this is the first time I have bought from them, but certainly won't be the last! Our granddaughter absolutely loved her present - I would highly recommend it :)

I ordered the Bumblebee personalised denim jacket as a gift . On arrival although very pleased with the quality etc it was the wrong size , I contacted My Ist Years straight away. Having spoken to Aleksandra she apologised and explained exactly what I neded to do in providing details of the size label . Aleksandra contacted me with a complete solution and organised a replacement via special delivery. The replacement arrived as promised and is perfect . Thank you so much Aleksandra for going the extra mile to rectify an initial error .
