After receiving my order, the items received were much smaller than photographed on the Web page. Although the measurements were in the description, I did not think to check this out after seeing the photo. Thinking that it was plenty big enough. (Rucksack) after reaching out to the contact us email provided on the website. They offered little help or an offer for me to return.
The products themselves are beautiful but even more so, their customer service has been outstanding when I had queries and wanted some changes with my order. Aleksandra was wonderful in helping me get my order sorted straight away (in literally less than a day!) and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you My First Years!

I could immediately tell this was a quality product on the Internet. Personalised Grey Rabbit. I waited in anticipation, and I wasn't disappointed the presentation box has a quality feel to it, and the actual Rabbit is lovely something you'd want every child in the world to have. It's perfect in every way, including scale, softness and look of a Rabbit. In my opinion your have a warm glow in your heart when you see it. Delivery approx 7 days including Bank Holiday, they inform you when dispatched so faultless service.

We’re based in Canada. Received some gifts along with a gift card from someone through my1styears as we were expecting. So the website were able to ship to Canada. We then placed an order through gift card. However, shipment couldn't be completed due to some issues at their end. There was no communication from website about shipping issue; after 1 month we reached out to them about the issue, then they woke up from their slumber and confirmed the issue. We requested if they can ship to Canada or provide refund on credit card. They just replied saying they’ve given store credit valid for 6 months. I’m not sure how to use it since they cant ship to Canada. Pathetic experience.
Can’t comment on the quality of the item ordered as despite paying next day delivery, it still hasn’t turned up a week later. This company are really letting themselves down by using Evri to fulfil delivery. I’ve been in touch with both My 1st Years and Evri about this, but hasn’t resulted in receiving my parcel. Extra star given because customer service did give me £15 store credit, but not sure I’ll use it as it seems very tricky to get hold of items! Very disappointed as this was a gift for A first birthday. Obviously I didn’t have the gift on time for the birthday, and as it still hasn’t come I won’t have the chance to give it to the child any time soon! Gift can’t be repurposed as it was a personalised item. I know the problem lies with Evri on the whole, but businesses need to realise that their choice of courier IS their customer service!
Not impressed with this Company. I ordered a personalised music box for my newborn great grandson. On the website it looked cream but when arrived it was pink. I requested a partial refund as a goodwill gesture but they only offered a £5 store credit and as I do not intend to buy anymore gifts that offer is useless to me. There was no mention of it being pink in the description so this therefore proved to be both disappointing and embarrassing to send a pink gift to a new baby boy! I don’t know if this item breached any consumer rights with item not being as described or even Trading Standards as the item is completely different in ‘real life’ to what is shown on their website. So after it being the first time I used this Company I won’t be using them again. Very disappointed.
The courier failed to deliver the item and Dorota in Customer services was very helpful liaising with the courier and trying to identify what the issue was, potentiallylost item now. She then organised a replacement and it was delivered within 24 hours. Dorota was very responsive to my emails. The music box product is beautiful and nicely wrapped.
I ordered xylophone with the free luxurious box and I received the delivery today, when I opened my package the gift box was damaged. Very disappointed
Absolutely delighted with the personalised gift I bought. Beautifully presented in a really cute box that can be used for baby keepsakes I forgot to add a message to my gift I contacted them and got a very prompt reply I couldn’t fault anything. Thank you ☺️
As usual I left things to the last minute and needed next day delivery. Both products arrived the following day and are absolutely beautiful - over the moon. Highly recommend.
I ordered 2 personalised items, paid extra for express delivery. Items came on time and that is the only good part of this experience! The box was not big enough causing the gift packaging and item packaging to become creased and out of shape. Not a massive issue until I open items to find various, knocks, marks, dents and general unfinished appearance to both gifts! I contacted customer services, who were able to offer me a replacement after they recieve these items - the reason I paid more for quick delivery is I only had a few days - replacement wouldn't arrive in time. Secondly I can't trust that the replacement would have better workmanship! They then offered £10 credit to account. No thank you, you won't get any further purchases from me!
I purchased a beautiful personalised bottle but realised I got the name wrong! Pregnancy brain! I emailed customer service and Dorota happily changed it for me in no time, extremely happy with the fast response, cannot wait for my now correct order

Despite me making an error in my order, Aleksandra couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. She ensured I received a replacement item with personalisation in time for my first grandson’s first birthday. Even though it was my error, I wasn’t made to feel guilty or troublesome.

My1styears quickly remediated my mistake and saved me a great embarrassment. I have been blown away by their customer service! Great company!
