We deliver most items within 2 working days, but heavier and bespoke ones can take a bit longer. We include delivery in the price for mainland UK, but if you wish to collect, we’ll discount your order. We aim to respond to any queries the same day, usually within a couple of hours. Feb 21,2025The whole experience has been great. I was recommended my furniture and I’m glad I placed an order. I found the items I needed, contacted the lovely sales team through WhatsApp. They helped me step by step, they sent me a few videos of the items in the showroom to help visualise better. My items are beautiful, and the quality is astonishing. I will be ordering more items through soon and I would recommend others do so too!

Feb 20,2025The very nice lamp arrived and we were pleased with it. Sadly the switch had an intermittent fault which only became apparent after we had the lamp in position for a few days. Informed the company and they said to send it back in the original packaging which by that time had been thrown away. Just couldn’t be bothered with it all and waiting for ages for customer sevice etc etc so paid an electrician to renew rocker switch. I have never had a lamp with a faulty switch before so all in all very disappointing.

Feb 11,2025Avoid. Item arrived damaged. Will not accept return as has to be sent back in original box which was damaged by parcelforce. Although evidence has been sent showing damaged box prior to delivery to me, they will not send me a replacement box (wanted me to purchase it for £25). £100 received in compensation.

Chan and Bart helped me and they were excellent, so helpful. Didn't feel like the usual sales talk you get from other companies. Nice, genuine people. The chairs are beautiful, fantastic quality and look lovely. Ordering and delivery was very easy, a seamless experience. Very impressed!
