Aug 21,2023The process for getting approved has been very detailed. As long you provide them with all of the requirements, the process is pretty good. The journey involves alot of learning about your spending habits for overall success. Our assigned rep has made this process very easy and she has been very helpful.

Aug 21,2023Purchasing a home is a financial as well as an emotional investment but having NACA walk you through the process has been a relief for me. My counselor Dewayne Jordan is amazing! He has become my forensic accountant! I do exactly what Counselor Jordan asked which has allowed for me to progress in the program. NACA is an awesome program, and I am eager to become a homeowner with their guidance.

Aug 18,2023I've been working with NACA since Feb. 2023. I had 4 intake counseling sessions. The first counselor got an attitude with me & ended the zoom call. I called to get another counselor, she was very nice & helpful with going through the documents I needed to submit. The only issue I have is submitting the same documents over & over again.

Aug 18,2023So far my experience have been great the workshop really straightforward, I already met my counselor Garcia, he is a great guy, explain everything that’s needed to be done before I go to the next step. I still have a long way to go but I feel like I can move forward. I am not stuck no more. Thx God.

She was very patient and helpful, she walked me trough the process of being a house owner. I'm very grateful for this opportunity given by NACA. All NACA staff member were very nice and supportive. Jul 30,2023I felt so confident and hopeful when my wife and I met on Zoom with the counselor Jewel Stephens. She was so resourceful and helpful. Naca gave us hope to own our house, they are very transparent and they equip us with education and guidance.

Jul 26,2023I have had a positive experience with NACA thus far. I attended the online webinar last month. I then took the following month to gather all my household information together , because the paperwork required is quite extensive. I met with my housing counselor Antonio exactly 1 month after the webinar. And thank goodness for Antonio, he is responsive to emails & calls within a timely manner. We hope to finished with the counseling portion soon! The benefits of the program definitely outweigh the time it takes to complete the application.

Jul 11,2023So over this program my Counselor doesn't communicate. I have finally made it to being "qualified" but the amount given to me was to low so I wanted to add my husband but keep getting the run around. My counselor would go months at a time without communication just so frustrating at this point I rather just find me a lender and go a different route. SAVE THE HEADACHE.

He focuses on the solutions and not the problems. He is a very strong professional person who solves the problems before you know that there are any.
