Jul 03,2023I was told about the Naca program by a coworker. My wife and I decided that we were going to give it a try. We went ahead and signed up for the Webinar, after which we went on May 20 2023 we were given our NACA ID# to create our portal to prepare our web- file for our first counseling appointment with a NACA Counselor which turned out to be Miss Ellen Peterson. We did our first session on Friday June 16, 2023. She has been the best. The way she explained everything to us . We understood everything, after that she gave us an action plan that was very long and filled with corrections. We had no idea what to do. Lucky for us Miss Peterson was there for us every step of the way with answers to our questions whether or not they were silly. Her response was very prompt whenever we emailed her so we could move forward in the dream of buying a home. Thank you Naca for giving us a chance and thank you Miss Ellen for your patience and support and for doing a great job.

Jun 28,2023As nervous as I was to finally start this process, my counselor, E. P. really made things better for me. She was able to help me put things into perspective as well as give me a guide to the correct path that I need to be on. I felt extremely comfortable with her and I appreciate her taking the time to really explain things to me. She made sure to answer all of my questions. Before meeting with her, I wasn't too confident about if or even how I would get through this process. Her kind words along with her expertise have elevated me to a place of confidence and I am motivated to get through this. It's the little things and I am grateful that she was who I connected with. I wish that she could be with me throughout this whole process but I am happy with knowing that she was the one to kickstart this journey. The NACA process is not as hard as I thought it would be. I wanted to get approved on the spot but after speaking with Ms. P., I realized that NACA is not just going to throw you out there. The goal is to get your finances and mindset to a place where you are actually building the right habits to own a house. I'm happy to have an action plan- this is preparing me for the long term.

Jun 28,2023AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I attended the NACA event in Newark NJ and while I thought it was going to be overwhelming, it was the complete opposite! It was well organized, all the NACA staff and volunteers were helpful and pleasant. My counselor Ms Ellen Petersen was an angel and so patient and thorough with explaining everything. I feel so much more confident now in the home buying process! Dont doubt it just do it!!!

Jun 24,2023Today I attended the annual NACA event in Newark, NJ and had my intake appointment with my NACA counselor. What an amazing experience!! She was so thorough in explaining every detail of my action plan. I feel like the detailed NACA process paired with the one on one interaction with a counselor sets you up for success at becoming a home owner. Although, I had several things that needed to be addressed which caused that overwhelming sensation when you see your action plan in red prior to approval. I did leave the meeting with a clear understating of what was expected of me prior to leaving. I hope you all are blessed to be assigned to Angela Barnett. Truly amazing, professional, inspirational and definitely and asset to the NACA brand.

Jun 22,2023My name is Princess my sisters actually introduced me to the naca program. Which they both have purchased their first homes. I am very grateful for this program I never thought I'd be able to purchase my own home. This program makes all the difference in changing my mind of the fear of not wanting to buy a home. Not knowing where to start or what to do. Naca has no down payment no closing cost which is absolutely awesome. Also naca guides you on your journey to make you realize how to budget and save monthly. I also love that it's not based off your credit score it's based off what you can afford. I definitely recommend naca to anyone that's thinking of buying a home. Everyone that I've worked with has been kind and gets the job done. Go for it you won't regret it.

Jun 22,2023I started working through the NACA process in 2020, but due to some personal reasons, I took a break. Upon starting the process again, my NACA advisor answered all of my questions and helped to get me right back on track. I'm moving the process at a nice pace now. I'm extremely appreciative for the NACA program.

Jun 15,2023My name is Amanda, and I recently started the process of buying a home through NACA. After obtaining my NACA ID and uploading all the necessary documents, I finally was able to schedule an appointment with a NACA counselor. My counselor Mrs. Frost, was patient while I retrieved updated or missing documents. She also explained everything clearly so that I was able to understand and remember whats expected of me and why. Although the meeting was a reality check that was desperately needed, I left the session with even more determination to achieve my dream of becoming a homeowner. Stay turned for the next part of my review which will provide additional updates on the NACA process as well as if I've become a homeowner.

Jun 14,2023So far so good! I have recently started the process, and the intake workshop did a great job of explaining the process and expectations. I have scheduled my initial appointment already. I went in expecting the process to take around 1 year. No issue yet.

Plus, she told us she went through the program herself. She was very empathetic. Definitely recommend NACA for an in-depth process and Erna for a thorough, kind counselor.

Jun 08,2023THE NACA program has made me inspired to keep moving forward on my journey and path of life. There have been many programs that I have encountered along my path and NACA so far has been the only successful program. I have been able to focus on my daily activities and still be able to take the necessary steps to complete the NACA program with the help and encouragement of my NACA counselor. For anyone that want to start a new path to purchasing a house but is discouraged NACA would be the way to go because NACA program assist you the whole way through. Hope this help someone. Thanks

Jun 07,2023I have attended the NACA workshop and met with my counselors online. The workshop provided great information on how this can really be America’s best mortgage! The NACA employees I have interacted with have been very courteous. My current counselor, Janelle Cheatham has been very professional, informative, and helpful in my process so far. I am very grateful to have stumbled on a program like this.

Jul 06,2023After many years of renting, I finally decided it was time to own. I was told about the NACA program by a coworker and attended one of the workshops to learn more about the program. After completing the workshop, I immediately started the process to get approved. I was assigned to Parys Barbour as my counselor and she was the best! Friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Within 4 weeks I'm on my way to getting approved and will be able to start house shopping! I recommend everyone to try this program, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
